Aaron Stone

I began my plumbing career immediately after graduating high school and having my first son in the summer of 2002 in Abilene TX. I was fortunate to work at a company that performed all aspects of plumbing which helped me gain great knowledge across the entire field. I continued plumbing in Abilene until 2015, when I moved to Dallas/Fort Worth. In 2016, I obtained my Masters in Plumbing and opened my own plumbing company. Unfortunately, it was subsequently a casualty of the pandemic in 2020 which led me to Mars Services. In addition to obtaining master plumbing license I obtained an RMP (responsible master plumber) endorsement through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and a BPAT license through Texas Commission of Environmental Quality. During my time off, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hunting and camping.

Charles Benson

Charles joined the Mars family in 2021 and has over 10 years' experience in purchasing. He began his purchasing career while serving in the U.S. Army. Charles has experience purchasing chemicals, construction materials, and raw materials. In addition to purchasing, Charles has experience in the set up and implementation of warehouse systems. Charles enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children. He has two children attending college and one still at home. When he is not with his family, he can usually be found on the golf course or working in the yard.

Charles Marlow - President

Charles serves as President of Mars Services and oversees the customer experience across all of Mars Services' underlying businesses. Charles launched Mars Carpet Cleaning in 2011, and has since grown it into Mars Services, a one-stop services provider for its customers. Charles started working as a carpet cleaner in the multi-family industry in 1999, and has since worked at several companies, absorbing the knowledge, and learning how to provide a market-leading customer experience. Charles has furthered his knowledge by taking courses through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) to be certified as a CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician) CRT (Color Repair Technician), RRT (Carpet Repair & Reinstallation Technician), RCT (Rug Cleaning Technician), UFT (Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning Technician) and WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician). Charles is also an apprentice within the electrical, HVAC and plumbing industries. Charles is proud that Mars Services was recognized by SMU Cox as one of the 100 fastest growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex at the 2016 & 2017 Dallas 100 awards. Mars Services has also received awards in the following divisions, INC5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the nation in 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020, INC 5000 Regionals Texas honor in 2020. Charles Marlow was born in Lakewood, California but grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He has been married for 15+ years to his wife Hollie and they have 2 children Landon and Caitlin. Charles enjoys spending time with his family, grilling on the weekends and staying fit and active.

Christopher Salter

I was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX. After spending a few years juggling work and college, I decided to postpone finishing school to advance my career in warehousing and logistics. Inventory control had become my specialty. I gained six years of experience in the supply chain industry, but I felt my career was stagnating. I stepped away from supply chain for a year to pursue other interests. I spent time driving for Uber and researching the car sales industry. My goal is to own and operate a business and pass it down to my future kids or inspire them to build something for themselves. Friends describe me as calm, cool, and collected. I love to spend time with my wife and family. As newly-weds, my wife and I want to build a family together as we settle into our careers. My wife and I go out to eat with my cousin and his wife almost every weekend. We all plan to travel and see what other cities around the world have to offer.

Cody Rymer

Born and raised in the great state of Texas, He is a father to three beautiful children. Two boys and a girl! He and his wife Rachel are Jr high sweethearts. He was raised by his mother and grandmother. So, He was raised with respect. Cody enjoys football especially America's Team the Dallas Cowboys. Cody's favorite quote is "Just keep swimming" from Finding Nemo. He started working at age 15 at a car wash. From there Cody moved into carpet cleaning at age 17 He actually took his driver's test in a carpet cleaning van! He cleaned carpets off and on for around 11 years before He found his true calling in customer service and sells. Today, Cody is an account manager doing what he loves. Coni Leal

Coni started as a leasing agent for multifamily property management in 2009 when she first moved to the DFW area. In 2010 she got married and had her first child in 2011, then got her first dog in 2012 - a rottweiler named Lelu. Over the years she worked her way up through perseverance at work and eventually landed as a regional administrative assistant role. From there she stepped into a property manager role, taking on multi-million-dollar renovation s and rebranding projects. Finding this as her passion, Coni joined committees at the Apartment Association of Tarrant County and began to volunteer in her community in 2015 - networking and getting her hands dirty, while learning all she could about construction and management in her field. After leaving her sixth renovation project and going back into conventional property management, Coni knew she needed to be in the vendor arena and focusing on construction and project management in multifamily buildings. Coni prides herself on being an independent problem solver, a DIY fixer, and having a can-do attitude towards any gap in the road. Coni comes from a large family of Hawaiians and Filipinos and likes to spend her time traveling to visit family as often as possible. She also spends plenty of weekends at the beach recharging and enjoying time with friends. She loves to go see live bands, art walks, farmers markets, and just about any event that is outside you will find Coni there!

Debbie Ford

Debbie Ford started her professional career in 2006 in the oil and gas industry. She has held several positions assisting companies with Accounts Receivable/Collections. In addition to managing Accounts Receivable, she works one on one with customers to clear their accounts. Her goal is to make sure accounts are accurate and up to date. In her free time, she spends time with family & friends, her dogs, shopping, going out to eat, spending time with her granddaughter.

Denise Bradford

Denise was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She enjoyed growing up in the north, doing all the fun activities (sledding, snowball fights, ice skating), but once she was an adult it wasn't so much fun anymore. She moved to Texas in 1984 to get away from the cold and snow, brrr! She began working in customer service for an insurance company and realized she had a passion for numbers which landed her in a position in the accounting department handling accounts receivable. Denise has been involved in running 2 small companies and had an office manager position in a screen-printing office. When she is not at work, she enjoys crossword puzzles, gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Derek Higgins

Derek started his professional career in 2000 in multifamily property management after completing his education. He has held several positions from Property Manager over 1 asset to Regional Director and Director of Marketing of over 30+ assets. In 2019 he created and produced his own podcast covering all areas of property management and delivers it with his classic sense of humor. He is currently recording his second season. Derek has a passion for graphic design and audio/visual work as well as management and marketing and recently joined our Mars Family in November of 2020 as the Director of Strategic Marketing. He presents all the digital marketing you find on Facebook, Google, Yelp, and many other web-based dashboards. He is your go to contact for most of your review responses and the one most likely that you are communicating with in all areas digitally. Derek is a Dallas native of a little over 15 years and is a father of one teenage boy. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends and two dogs Molly and Rogue. He also enjoys a good game night amongst friends, a stiff drink and going to concerts, movies and is an avid traveler. Derek is described by his supervisor as passionate, direct, and quite the character.

Hannah Miller

Hannah Miller began her professional career in 2017 in multi-family property management after graduating high school. She has held multiple positions within the property management field before bridging into the vendor world. Hannah is currently working on her goal of owning her own business and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in the Science of Business with a Marketing specialty. Hannah has a passion for providing excellent customer experiences and joined our Mars family in July of 2020 as the Customer Service Representative of the Carpet and Restoration and Pest Control departments. She is one of the first interactions that you will have when contacting Mars Service for any of your scheduling and dispatching inquiries and your go to contact for all things pest control and carpet and restoration. Hannah is a Texas native and has lived all over the Fort Worth area. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, friends, three nieces and being the best dog mom to Wren and Shep and wife to a firefighter. She also enjoys weekend cook outs with her friends, live music and occasionally breaking out of an escape room with seconds to spare!

Hollie Marlow

Hollie started working in the dental field as an orthodontic assistant at the age of 19 in 2004 where she was trained in the office alongside the Doctor. At that time, she received her radiology certification and registered dental assistant license. Hollie's determination to excel continued with receiving numerous awards with the dental organization she was employed with. So much so that she traveled to various dental offices that were opening to help get it started from the ground up working alongside regionals and Doctors to build that foundation for the future. She has trained numerous customer service agents in that period with designing structure on a blank canvas. While she is invested and always has shown her support with the dreams and goals of her husband, she remained faithful to her career in the dental field for a long period of time until the call came in 2018, where she decided to focus her strengths with her husband in continuing to build Mars Services together. She came on board with Mars Services to help strengthen the customer service team and quickly shifted focus as an office manager due to her outstanding organization skills that became a huge asset to the Human Resources side of the business. Hollie has lived in the DFW area her whole life and is a devoted wife of 15+ years and mother to two children. When Hollie is not at work, she enjoys playing volleyball, bicycling, rowing, walking her beloved dog Foxy and spending time with her family and friends.

Jason Porter

Jason was born and raised in Dallas is a Master Electrician with 25 years' experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and service fields. He is currently our Electrical Field Manager and displays skills such as being detail oriented and is driven by excellent customer service. Building relationships, never cutting corners, his goal is to make Mars Services the go to electrical services provider in DFW for multifamily residences. He received his master's license in 2008 and designed, planned, and wired three industrial printing plans in brazil. Jason's worked all over the world building relationships and friendships everywhere he has been. In his free time, he spends time with his family and playing with their dog Marley. Jason also enjoys fishing, boating, barbecuing, and socializing with friends and family.

Jay Hoyt

Jay Hoyt is a Residential Project Manager who has significant experience in the remodeling field, drawing and graphic design, and management and is ready to apply his skills for Mars Services. Jay grew up near the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York, a little town called Boonville. He moved from New York to Texas in 1999. When he was 15 years of age, he lived in a poorly constructed cabin in upstate New York and had to chop wood to heat the cabin. With no electronics to keep him busy, he decided to sharpen a flat head screwdriver and used it as a chisel to carve some firewood into a mask. This was the moment in his life that sparked his interest in morphing wood. He started in the construction industry at the age of 18 as a Custom Home Framer. A few years later he began custom home remodels where he continued until the recession of 2008. In 2008, he began a career in customer service with FedEx Supply Chain where he honed his customer relations and management skills for the past 13 years. In Jay's spare time, he loves hanging out with his family. He enjoys conducting treasure hunts with his kids as well as watching movies together. When not spending time with his family, he can be found in the garage making and carving furniture.

Joey Stone

Joey Stone comes from Tahoka, TX - a small town on the south side of Lubbock. He loves to spend time with family and friends, enjoys hunting and barbequing, and is a self-proclaimed redneck with a toothpick. Like most ole boys from Texas, Joey's passion for hard work and acts of service started at a young age and carried into his career. Joey started in HVAC in 1992 in Lubbock Texas as a helper with a drive to learn. He was grateful to work and get education at one of the largest companies in the Lubbock area for many years on all types of HVAC equipment. As he was getting all the knowledge he could ask for he decided to move into the Dallas/ Fort Worth area in 2008. Since being in DFW Joey was able to work his way up in the field of refrigerant and air conditioning obtaining his HVAC license in 2017. Joey has worked on quality control, led large teams of technicians, has over thirty years of ​experience, and a knack for finances which led me to a new Family at Mars Services in 2022.

Joseph Hicks

Joseph started his professional career in pest control in March 2010 and joined the Mars Family as a Pest Control Technician in November 2019. Within a few months, Joseph was promoted to Pest Control Manager. Joseph credits his attention to detail, professionalism and dedication to his time while serving as a sniper in the United States Army from 2003 to 2009 with two combat deployments to Iraq. In Joseph's spare time he loves coaching and watching his son play lacrosse. When not on the field he can usually be caught kayaking the nearest river. Joseph is described by his team as being kindhearted, direct and a bit of a goofball.

Kasey Baker

Kasey started as an Auto Parts Merchandiser for O'Reilly's in 2010. She quickly learned about the inventory process by organizing and counting all the different parts. She gradually became a District Merchandiser for the Fort Worth area which required her to help maintain inventory for 10-12 stores on top of other duties. Kasey has always had a passion for organization and knew she found her career path. In August 2021 she decided to expand it by joining the Mars Services team. Kasey has lived in the Fort Worth area her whole life. When she is not working, she loves to travel all over the world. Never in her life did she think she would be able to see the pyramids in Egypt, float in the Dead Sea, camp out in the desert of Jordan, experience a typhoon in Japan, stand on the grounds of Buckingham Palace, or stay on an excluded Island in Belize driving only golf carts to our destinations. Unfortunately, since the pandemic, traveling has stopped for now, but she continues to spend her time building her craft inventory, cooking, hiking, and enjoying time with friends, family and her spoiled dogs, Bryce and Lexi, and cat Averie.

Kaylee Chiessa

Kaylee was born and raised in Texas. She started developing her customer service skills as early as 2014 when she began working as a manager in the food industry for over 3 of those 7 years - which eventually evolved into being a customer service representative here with Mars in 2021. She strives to make every interaction with new and old customers one to remember. Growing and moving up in in the company is a goal of hers as she enjoys every aspect or her job. She is not afraid of constructive criticism as it helps her improve for the better all around. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family - more specifically Sunday night football! Staying physically fit and spending downtime with those who matter most to her are what her weekends consist of!

Krystina Rosas started with Mars Services in February 2021 as a customer service rep helping to serve all of our trade departments. She helps to fulfill our customers scheduling needs and answer any questions they may have. She believes to keep a successful business growing, hard work and teamwork are a must. She takes pride in her work and is not afraid of constructive criticism. She plans to work her way up into a supervisory position and eventually management. Outside of work Krystina is taking classes to pursue her degree in business management. She loves spending time with her son, family, and friends. She also enjoys hiking, shopping, and some good food and drinks.

Mark Marlow

Mark started working at the early age of 14 at McDonald's and moved over to a small PC repair company when he was 16. Before graduating high school, Mark joined Fry's Electronics where he has spent the last 17 years prior to coming onto Mars Services as the Director of Operations. Mark's leadership experience is credited to many colleagues and managers past, which has allowed him to structure his own unique way of leading his team. Mark takes great pride in his company and personal culture as he believes priority one is always to take care of your people and treat them with equal respect. Mark has not only hit many milestones in life, but also the normal trials and tribulations when it comes to taking a leap of faith on all new ventures. With a laid-back management style, Mark is loved and appreciated by all his staff for being such an easy listener, mentor, and friend to all and continues to be a huge asset to Mars Services. When Mark was asked what his favorite technological tool is in 2021, he quickly responded "spreadsheets", which is of no shock to anyone who has a pleasure of working with Mark. By understanding numbers at a high level and in detail, it gives him the advantage of creating realistic goals that have meaning to him.

Matt Fox

Matt grew up in the city of Fort Worth and moved to Bridgeport as an adolescent which is where he raises his two kids. Matt started driving heavy equipment haulers through the state of Texas at the age of 20. He left the trucking industry in 2020 in an attempt to change his career path and spend more time at home. Matt joined the Mars Services family in early 2021 in the Carpet Cleaning division. After the Winter storm in 2021, there was a need to expand the Restoration Department which Matt stepped up to take the lead on running. Since taking on the division, Matt has grown his team into a crew of 5 Restorations Technicians and is responsible for three vans. He is really enjoying managing and growing the company with us. Matt spends his weekends with his family and doing sports events with his two sons.

Melonie Perkins

Melonie got a glimpse of her career in 1999 during her senior year of high school when her parents required her presence and engagement at city and union meetings as well as learning the full scope of her parents' company. After completing high school, she was hired on and took on a larger role while trying to fulfill her own dream of going to college and becoming a social worker. After working in the social work field for nearly a year Melonie found herself focusing more on her parents' company maintaining the daily functions. Currently, Melonie works weekends for her parents as a Certified Payroll Specialist and as of October 2019 a full time Audit Manager here at Mars Services. The values that Melonie brings from working in a family ran business is loyalty, drive for success, and compassion. Melonie joined the Mars family and was able to spot the changes she wanted to make on day one to make Mars a continued success. Melonie is a California native and made Texas her home in January 2008. She is a mother of three (17, 13, and 5) and in her free time she enjoys making memories with her children, dancing, and having girl time with her friends. Melonie's supervisor describes her as having a keen eye for detail, a willingness to always help in any facet, and an extremely hard worker. Melonie's ability to be friendly and social without blurring the lines of taking care of business is an added plus and she is a much-valued member of the Mars team.

Mike Fox

Michael is Mars Services first Director of Carpet/Flooring and Restoration with over 24 years in the multifamily industry and numerous certifications which include CCT-carpet cleaning technician, WRT-water damage restoration, FSRT-fire, and smoke restoration. Michael Fox was previously self-employed for 7 years and decided to take a step back in 2019 and came on board with Mars Services because he wanted to be a part of something bigger than just him. His greatest asset is the pride he takes with his customer service and the relationships he builds with his customers daily. He is not shy to meet a new face! When Michael is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, and his favorite hobbies include hunting and fishing.

Paul Marlow

Paul was born in California but raised here in DFW and joined the Mars Family in 2013 as a Carpet Technician where he spent two years servicing multifamily and residential carpet cleans and water extractions until joining the corporate team in 2015 as the Office Manager. Paul eventually shifted over to managing all departments until he found his true passion within the accounting department where he moved full time in 2019. Paul plays a vital role in the continuous growth at Mars Services and is passionate about helping his team reach whatever goal they are trying to meet. In his free time away from crunching numbers, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, playing video games, staying physically fit, active, and hanging out with his 3 dogs.

Selena Jaquez

Shane Gresham

Shane was born and raised in Texas. Having spent most of his life moving around; he has lived in the hill country of Bandera, experienced east Texas living in Center, moved to the outskirts of Texas in the piney woods of Jasper, and fully Immersed himself in the fighting spirit of Aggieland in College Station before finally settling in the DFW Metroplex in 2002. He now lives in DFW with his lovely wife and three beautiful daughters. His first true passion is his family and making memories with them - he is a volleyball dad, an avid sports fan, loves to BBQ, and enjoys spending downtime with his friends. Shane follows the philosophy of "when you love what you do it's not work" and relies on his experiences with moving and constant changes, easily adapting to any situation when it comes to project management. Having spent 10 years in the Automotive sales and management industry, he has vast knowledge in seeing things from the client's perspective and is well versed in customer satisfaction. Shane Gresham is a residential Project Manager who specializes in addressing the specific needs of each individual client. Shane has spent the last 5 years in residential remodeling, honing his skills in every aspect of the job. A hands-on approach has helped him fully understand what it takes to bring ideas to life and help his clients make their house a home.

Shay Lorette

A Texas transplant, born in Southern California he started his plumbing career in sales where he worked 8 years prior to becoming a plumber in 2018. He has a passion for customer service and take great pride in his work as a plumber. Protecting the health of his customers by providing safe systems for clean water and contaminated waste is his top priority. He has a love for God and is supported by his loving wife Emma since they married in 2018. That have a wonderful dog names Chloe. In Shays free time he enjoys spending time with his family, skateboarding, surfing, and golfing. Since the pandemic he has become a bit of an expert at the Xbox. Shay recently started his career with Mars in 2021 and due to his hard work, dedication, and passion for customer service, he was recently promoted to Plumbing Field Supervisor and we couldn't be more thrilled to have him as part of our team.

Shelby Fox

Shelby started developing her customer service career in retail with Kohl's Dept. stores as a part time associate. She worked her way up through management and 5 years later switched to TJ Maxx/Homegoods as an assistant store manager. 7 years of crazy schedules, extensive holiday hours, and really long days away from her kids later. She decided to take a break and focus on her family. After two years of staying home She decided to get back out into the customer service world and found Mars Services. She is newly married to her best friend and together have a beautiful blended family with 4 children. Some of her favorite things are Watching the Kansas City Chiefs dominate the field, anything to do with Fall or Halloween, spending time with her family, crafting, and drinking way too much coffee.

Susan Freeland

Susan Freeland, a California native turned Texan in 1994 began her career at Mars Services in September 2018 after 24 years in finance of some sort or fashion. She has held many positions such as Teller, Loan Processor, Mortgage Loan Consultant, Corporate Collection Analyst. As the AP Specialist for Mars Services, she handles all the paying of all bills and purchases made to keep business flowing. Susan has 1 adult daughter who is thriving in her own independent career. Outside of work Susan is an avid shoe shopper as well as holds hobbies and interest such as politics, gardening, cooking, and luxury cars.

Teresa Reid

Teresa Reid started out her career at Acme Brick in 2001, she spent ten years in accounts receivables, working with commercial and residential customers. In 2011, she left and entered the car dealership business for the next eight years working in accounts payables and receivables. A few of her professional accomplishments are 2016 Employee of the Year at Patterson Kia of Arlington, many Employees of the Month awards and 10-year Tenure Award at Acme Brick. Outside of work Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Teresa's craft outside of work is woodburning designs. Teresa believes "A small act of kindness can change someone's life".
