After a few years away Norwich Fringe is returning to provide a platform for conversations between creatives, performers, artists and musicians. Norwich Fringe is about our city of creative people - and we mean mean creative in all senses of the word. Those on stage, those that make, those who create and those who make it all possible... To develop a network and a sense of community for creatives; providing support, information and inspiration in these tumultuous times...
