Typically our clients develop specialized software for a target industry, although we've also documented products that are commercially available. We don't specialize in any particular industry; we've worked on software for sectors such as manufacturing, health care, insurance and banking, content and learning management, media distribution, and data security, to name just a few... Since Words That Work first started in 1994, we've completed over 800 projects for more than 255 companies. We've forged long-term relationships with many clients, operating as their on-demand documentation department. A number of clients have used our services for over 10 years, with many relationships spanning three to five years.
