Before starting his career as an attorney and following his studies at the Universities of Mannheim, Heidelberg, Barcelona (LL.M.) and at the German University of Administrative Sciences (Speyer), Dr. Wolf worked in a German-Spanish law office in Barcelona and in an agency of the European Union in La Coruña (Spain).
During his work as a lawyer he obtained a doctorate in law at the University of Bayreuth and wrote his thesis on the subject "Die internationale Durchsetzung von Schadensersatzansprüchen wegen Verletzung des EU-Wettbewerbsrechts". Besides, he has published several articles in German and Spanish law journals.
Dr. Wolf especially deals with cross-border issues and litigation in other European countries, particularly in the context of enforcement of claims within the EU. Based on his studies of Anglo-American Law and his working period in Spain, he has profound knowledge and experience in matters of international business law as well as in Spanish law. He is a member of the German-Spanish Association of Lawyers, of AIJA (Association Internacional des Jeunes Advocats), of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the German Lawyers Association and the Mannheim Lawyers Association. He practices and advises his clients in German, Spanish and English.
In his free time Dr. Wolf is very interested in music and literature. He also likes travelling and doing sports.

Dr. Christian Böcker has practiced as an attorney at law since 1999. His core areas of expertise are civil and commercial law, especially distribution and agency, unfair competition, international sale of goods, labour law and arbitration. Prior to 1999, he spent several years researching and teaching as a Senior Lecturer in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Mainz (including research at the faculties of law of the University of Valencia and Innsbruck).

Dr. Böcker is especially experienced in German-Spanish arbitration procedures. Following his successful exam of adaptation before the Spanish Ministry of Justice, Dr. Böcker was admitted to the bar in Spain and consults in Spanish law. French law is another area of interest of Dr. Böcker, who in 1989 obtained the French university degree in law, the Maîtrise en Droit. He is a member of the German-Spanish Association of Lawyers, of the Frankfurt circle of the DIS 40 (German Institution for Arbitration), of the German Lawyers Association and the Mannheim Lawyers Association. Dr. Böcker is a committed skier and prefers to spend his free time, even in summer, in the mountains.

After his studies and work experience in the United States (LL.M. San Diego) and Singapore, he started his career in a renowned Frankfurt based law firm, where he gathered extensive experience in M&A and corporate law. Patricia Ziehl has been admitted as attorney at law in 2011. She has extensive knowledge and professional experience in large-scale plant construction projects in Germany and English-speaking countries, in the review and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts within the supply chain and in the law of general terms and conditions. In addition she is well experienced in the enforcement of claims and the avoidance of lawsuits in connection with project implementations which she acquired during her many years as legal councel for a US led plant construction group.
