Set up in January 2017 by local lads Dan Cameron and Josh Lundon, SKAUS is an independent catering company based in Liverpool. Our concept is inspired by Scandinavian culture, seasonal cooking and Scouse hospitality. Our aim is to provide stunning food and stellar service in a relaxed, casual environment... We began by hosting a series of pop-up dining events in Liverpool, alongside various food festivals across the North West. In late 2017 we spent 3 months serving our street food menu at the famous Baltic Market, and then took over the kitchen at urban local Dockleaf for 6 months. February 2019 subsequently saw SKAUS featured on hit BBC series 'My Million Pound Menu', hosted by Fred Sirieix... SKAUS | Scandinavian inspired, casual dining. Responsibly sourced, in-season eats. As featured on BBC's My Million Pound Menu.
