ACCERT is an non-government organization that specializes in developing and organizing its members to be efficient respondents during times of criminality, emergency and calamity whenever and wherever needed... We exist as a solid network of volunteers from all walks of life to empower the community we serve in partnership with the government and other entities in order to build a just, peaceful, and progressive society... To become a leading and recognized community-based organization of fully dedicated volunteers against all forms of criminality and lawlessness as well as equipped, empowered and skilled emergency responders.
