David B. Pieper

A registered patent attorney, earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University in 1989 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas in 1998. Mr. Pieper formerly practiced in Tulsa, OK, and Nashville, TN, and focuses his practice on patent prosecution and litigation in the fields of business methods, electrical circuits, and mechanical designs. His experience includes five years of marketing and product design in the area of power and distribution components; being an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law (2003-present) where he has taught Patent Law, Entertainment Law, and Introduction to Intellectual Property, and the successful acquisition of patent protection for a variety of intellectual property assets including hundreds of patents in areas ranging from quantum dot radiation particles to folding chairs. Trent C. Keisling

A registered patent attorney, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering in 1990 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1993, both from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Keisling has successfully represented clients in complex litigation including patents, trademarks and copyrights in Federal Court, including representation of both plaintiffs and defendants and publicly traded companies, as well as individuals and smaller companies. Mr. Keisling has successfully represented inventors at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for many years and has assisted them in the acquisition of valuable patents and trademarks.
