CURATOR OF BEER - Key Persons
I'm a 20 year veteran in the bar and restaurant industry working in great cities like Philadelphia, Washington D.C and New York City. Ten years ago I opened my first craft beer bar in downtown Manhattan called One Mile House. I lived through the movement of the craft beer industry in NYC while bringing it into my establishment. It is an amazing thing to curate a beer list for people on a daily basis. It is even more gratifying to see how a well curated list can create a community.
Craft beer is more than just a passion, a pastime and a profession for me. Sure those three things have helped define who I am, but more than that, they have allowed me to become a part of an amazing community of brewers, distributors, retailers, and thirsty patrons alike.
With Curator of Beer I have the privilege to be able to give back to my community some of this knowledge I have gathered along the way. My mission is to make beer minded individuals into craft beer enthusiasts... one event at a time.
