Jon is the fourth generation of real estate and construction remodeling professional in his family.
He grew up hearing the stories at the dinner table!
As soon as he was old enough he became employed by his family's businesses and worked diligently at the trades to improve and repair property. Jon soon developed a love for the building trades and being a craftsperson and managing the people involved with getting the job done.
Getting deeper into the field Jon studied woodworking at the Massachusetts Furniture Institute and secured his Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License at the age of 23. Jon also studied chemical engineering at the University of Connecticut where he excelled in his classes.
Instead of working in the engineering industry, Jon decided to open his own business due to his passion for building. JLP Construction Services, Inc. quickly evolved from a basic window, painting, and carpentry business to focusing on whole house remodels and new construction.
Jon has rebuilt multiple homes that have been devastated by fires and flood damage. Jon has done over 2 million dollars in total sales to date and is planning on growing his business in 2020.
Jon exemplifies the Get it Done (GID) attitude, but stresses the importance of planning and quality building practices. Jon has years of expertise in designing floor layouts, pricing components, and abiding by building codes.
Jon is up to date on all of his licensing in the state of Massachusetts, has no complaints on his HIC license or his CSL license. Jon even has a five star rating on yelp. Jon takes construction management seriously, and he brings a small company approach to complete large-scale jobs.
