He is a chartered accountant and development economist with over 25 years of experience in overseas development and substantial expertise in multilateral development banks, small island states and private sector development. Andrew is Deputy Team Leader in Green Finance at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). More+ Andrew‘s background combines expertise in finance and development. He spent six years on the capital markets at Deutsche Bank in London primarily working with clients across the Middle East and Africa. He began working for the British Government on international development in 2017 following a period in consultancy at Oliver Wyman. He has experience working on development issues across Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Southeast Asia. Dirk Roos

Dirk heads a team of sector specialists dedicated to energy efficiency and small-scale renewable energy at the European Investment Bank (EIB), providing advisory and due diligence services to the bank's operations globally. More+ Previously he worked in the bank's renewable energy and energy efficiency (RE/EE) equity investment team and has performed the techno-economic appraisal of several RE/EE project finance and private equity operations, including the Global Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Fund. Before joining EIB, Dirk spent 10 years working for an international environmental engineering consultancy in Brussels and 2 years with UNDP in South Africa. Eric is currently Head of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Finance Initiative, a global partnership with 230 banks, insurers and fund managers working to promote the sustainable finance and responsible investment agendas. More+ Eric has over 20 years' experience in the low carbon sectors and is co-editor of the Global Trends in Renewable Energy Investment report, published annually by Frankfurt School UNEP Centre and Bloomberg New Energy Finance. Geoff Sinclair

Geoff is responsible for all of Camco's fund advisory and management activities, including the delivery of their existing mandates, which focus on supporting the development of - and providing finance for - renewable energy projects in sub-Saharan Africa. More+ He joined Camco in 2015 after 10 years working for Standard Bank, during which time he built and led the bank's multi-award-winning international climate finance business and team. Geoff has completed transactions on over 1GW of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas, and has experience across a wide range of technologies and financing structures in both the primary and secondary markets. He previously worked for the New Zealand Treasury, successfully founded a start-up and is Chairman of UK renewables fund, CO2 Sense. Peter is Head of Group Corporate Programmes and Institutional Business Development, at the European Investment Fund. He joined REPP as a Founding Director in December 2015, while he was working as Deputy Head of at the European Investment Bank's Climate Change and Energy Division, with responsibility for innovative climate action funds and structured finance transactions. More+ Peter has co-chaired various internal and external environmental mandates, including secondment to the preparatory working group for the Green Climate Fund, and as Chairman of both the Green for Growth fund's Investment Committee and the European Energy Efficiency Fund's Management Board.
