Anand Maheshwari - President

Anand Maheshwari is the President & Chief Corporate Officer of Quintes Global. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary, and comes with 35+ years of extensive work experience with a blend of senior management and entrepreneurial roles, in India and UK. His experience includes controllership/ CFO responsibilities, business and finance leadership across a variety of domains of Offshoring & Domestic Business Services, Financial Services, Oil, Petrochemicals and Chemicals, IT and related services. He brings people leadership, client governance, strong business acumen and offshore & India experience enabling him to collaborate well with colleagues, clients, and associates. Leveraging his rich global and India Business Services experience, Anand commenced his entrepreneurial journey as Co-Founder, Intrust Global eServices in 2005 and has partnered with RvaluE for specific projects like ICICI Bank in India, Solvay Business Services in Europe, and many others in UK & USA. He has been a serial entrepreneur - Chairman of Suprawin Technologies, set up and led one of the top Legal KPO firms in 2000 and then co-promoted Pegasus Oil & Gas Services. Since 2015, he has been an integral part of RvaluE to work on the strategic initiative to launch the new growth-oriented RvaluE Group venture and co-founded 'Quintes Global' (QG). Anand has worked in corporations like Jubilant Organosys, Kanorias, American Express and Venture Infotek. He was part of the Global Leadership Team in setting up the first-ever Global In-house Captive (GIC) Financial Center of American Express in India in mid-90s for F & A and Operations processes. During his 7 years with Amex, Anand handled multi billion dollars' business transactions, led large/diverse teams across continents, pioneered transitions of finance and operations processes, driven multiple global projects like Y2K and BPR, bringing huge cost saves and value to various stakeholders, and was deputed to UK on a global assignment. As President - Operations & Technology in Venture Infotek, he continued his great work servicing of 30+ card operations leading a team of 500 people. QG as a venture provides the new age transformation and technology integrated enterprise solutions and services, through Dedicated CaptiveTM (D-CapTM) & Capabilities. Dedicated Captive (D-Cap), is much beyond the two classical operating models for enterprise services. The unique model enables clients to get exclusive centre with scale benefits while reducing cost & grow profits, and ensure end-to-end transformation through process excellence and technology tools. In his role as Founder & CCO of QG, Anand brings proven contracting capabilities, stakeholder collaboration, commercial expertise and organizational development skills. Prior to joining RvaluE in 2015, she has worked with Educomp Solutions, NIIT and UNDP (United Nations Development Program). At RvaluE, Pallavi has demonstrated all-round capabilities in the Business Services sector, leveraging intellectual capital and management of knowledge, stakeholders, projects, and business processes for customer service and support services functions. With her entrepreneurial mindset, she thrives in taking on new challenges and delivering fast paced creative solutions, and innovative strategies, across all lines of businesses. At SSF, a pioneering Industry Forum ‘Of Practitioners, For Practitioners, By Practitioners' of Enterprise Services & Technology, she has undertaken projects aimed at knowledge and best practices exchange in India & Global Business Services delivering optimal results & business value across different domains. She enables conceptualization and execution of initiatives aimed at information aggregation, creation and dissemination through knowledge sharing programs (conferences, leadership interactions, discussion forums, workshops, publications, research & survey, etc.), sustaining knowledge sharing across the industry. He has dedicated 25+ years of his career in the marketing of technology products covering hardware, software and telecom in India and overseas, working with entrepreneurial organizations like HCL, Televista, Nelco, and rose to being the Chief Marketing Officer of Vickers Ballas Holding Plc., Singapore. Pranav started his entrepreneurial journey as the Founder & CEO of Skillspan in 2005, in collaboration with RvaluE as the Knowledge Partner, in the areas of Training, Recruitment and Capability Development with the prime objective of addressing the skill gap in the growing Business Services world, starting with F&A. Skillspan focused to enhance the employability of bright, fresh graduates through a new concept of ‘Ready-to-work' (RTW) resources with dual focus on Accounting as a process more relevant to industry and function, while helping to step up on communication and other soft skills.

Puneet Gupta is Vice President & Head Enterprise Services Operations at Quintes Global. He comes with 25+years of rich corporate experience in Finance, Business Process Management (BPM) and IT functions in different domains covering FMCG, IT/ITeS, Business Services and Retail, having worked with marquee companies like Adidas, Oracle, Genpact, Future Group and Jain Card Clothing. He is a Chartered & Cost Accountant, having performed many senior level roles as Finance Manager, Shared Services Head of multiple functions and processes, General Manager Commercial, and Chief Financial Officer, progressively enlarging responsibilities including business planning, forecasting and fund management. Puneet has transitioning and offshored business processes from overseas clients, and managed teams to deliver services. He has been one of the few leaders who moved from offshoring to lead and set up a large India to India Captive Shared Service Centre for Future Group. He has been associated with RvaluE since 2008 when he consolidated 350+ positions across F&A, Procurement & Master Data Management from multiple locations across India to Ahmedabad, with vendor help desk services and delivering on the business case for the SSC. In 2011, his contribution was recognised and the SSC received the award for the Best Shared Services Centre in India by the Shared Service Forum. He is a seasoned entrepreneur and professional with experience of over 2 decades in Advisory & Consulting, Business Services, Business Process Transformation and Technology space. An IT Graduate, acquiring management skills from IIM Calcutta, he is one of the few leaders globally certified as an Authorized Evaluator by ITsqc of Carnegie Mellon University, USA for eSCM and a certified ‘Program Coach' from Canada. Rakesh got exposure to service India and international clients at Espire and at RvaluE Group, he expanded his role servicing marquee clients like Aviva, Dr Reddys, American Express, Future Group, Compass Group and with BPO Majors. Over the last 17 years at RvaluE, he has risen to become the CEO of Quintes Global - the venture promoted by the Group. Sanjay Gupta is the Chief Architect of Shared Services Forum (SSF) India. He has over 3 decades of work experience in the fields of Shared Services operations, Business Process Management (BPM), Finance and Human Resources, having been part of EXL Service Holdings, American Express, Indian Oil Corporation and Living Media. As a Governing Council Member of SSF since 2013, he has played a pivotal role in architecting knowledge dissemination at SSF, the industry platform for Global Business Services (GBS) ‘for the practitioners, by the practitioners' bringing together the GBS & SSC leaders in India to adopt global best practices in BPM to suit Indian context. In his previous role, he was the Global HR Head for EXL Service Holdings. He comes with a blend of experience in global and domestic corporations, in private sector and public sector organizations in various capacities, strategic as well as operations roles, covering various domains in Offshoring, Financial Services, Insurance, Oil & Energy and Media. Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant and started his career with Living Media and Indian Oil Corporation, serving in many functional roles in Vendor & Receivable Management, Balance Sheet Consolidation, Oil Pool Accounting and Inter-company settlements. During the initial 10+ years, Sanjay worked in the core Finance & Accounting functions in domestic companies and then was part of the initial setting up of the off shore centre at American Express. At the global Financial Resource Centre (FRC), he first migrated and then serviced several groups of international financial operations covering both card and travel accounting, with service deliverables to several countries across the globe. Sanjay has extensive experience in multiple sectors and multiple domains and has been part of several start-up operations in off-shore Captive Centres and BPO Companies with demonstrated execution and success. Sanjay is an avid reader and writer of articles and is the Editor at SSF for the Journal ‘Process Edge'. He has co-authored BPM Books and Research Reports at SSF and is passionate to translate industry knowledge, management expertise and experience into frameworks and models for the benefit of the GBS practitioners. Sanjiv Singh

Sanjiv joined RvaluE in 2019 and since then has brought several Tech Infra and System Architecture improvements that have enabled the Group to streamline all aspects of IT - like Data / Systems administration, security& privacy, adoption of cloud based infrastructure and aligning the infrastructure of various companies within the Group including the new venture Quintes Global (QG). He has played a key role in the recent take-over of a Captive Centre operations by Quintes Global and has worked closely with Leadership to transfer of infrastructure from client companies to QG. During the recent pandemic, he was instrumental in ensuring robust business continuity for IT infrastructure & applications for internal communication and external servicing of clients. He is an integral part of Shared Services Forum tech-team and manages the technology platforms for SSF webinars. Having dealt with multiple stakeholders in Service Delivery and Operations, Sanjiv has a sharp focus to understand and deliver on customer requirements on every project in his kitty. He has worked on service delivery, data centre management and quality control, to identify opportunities for automation. He still advices on injury rehab and training to his nears and dears and an active member of management committee of his residential complex (700+ families).
