In 2005 Shadrack started at MTN franchise as Sales Executive before moving to Vodacom in 2007. At Vodacom he held various positions in Bloemfontein Central Region and Pietermaritzburg KZN Region respectively. He has 19 years mobile and fixed telecoms experience within sales, marketing and distribution, responsible for Market Share and Revenue growth in the Eastern and Central Free State. He also acquired Capitec banking certificate at Capitec Firm Foundation programme in Cape Town in 2012 and has Agile Project Management Foundation Phase certificate acquired from Torque IT in Johannesburg, South Africa.
