Hillary G. Cox

Hillary G. Cox obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York. She had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patient populations in her clinical rotations while studying at Ithaca College. She also served her local community by volunteering for the National Ski Patrol. Most recently, Hillary worked in Rochester, New York treating patients with multiple disabilities. She moved to the Washington DC area to pursue career advancement in the vestibular and neuro-rehabilitation fields. Fyzical - Shady Grove at the Siegel and Bosworth ENT Center offers Hillary the ideal opportunity to combine her diverse experiences and skills with its specialized balance and vestibular training program. Hillary truly believes that her job as a physical therapist is centered around connecting with each individual. It is her passion to help people regain the ability to participate in what they love to do most.

John M. Bosworth

Kelsey Larger

Kelsey Larger received her Bachelors in Exercise Science with Honors at Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland. While at Salisbury University, she had the opportunity to intern at a local rehabilitation hospital where she gained experience working with complex neurological diagnoses. She then decided to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work as a teaching assistant for the Gross Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, Neuro-anatomy, Acute Care, and Cadaver Dissection. She had Clinical Experiences in a variety of both inpatient and outpatient neurological and orthopedic settings. Her special interest in neurological conditions led her to pursue a career in neurological rehabilitation. Kelsey graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 and was excited to begin her career at Fyzical - Shady Grove at the Siegel, Bosworth, and Sorensen ENT center. Kelsey is an LSVT BIG Certified Clinician for patients with Parkinsonian disorders. She has a passion for treating patients with vestibular diagnoses, balance dysfunction and many other movement disorders. Kelsey strives to provide the highest quality of care to every patient and help them return to living their best life.

Lara Khattar

Lara Khattar received her Bachelors in Psychology with Honors at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. She then decided to apply her passion for helping those with neurological conditions by pursuing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work as a neuroanatomy teaching assistant. She worked with a variety of neurological, orthopedic, and pediatric populations during her clinical rotations. Her special interest in neurological conditions led her to advance her career by pursuing a Vestibular Rehabilitation Certification through the American Institute of Balance. She worked at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia, before deciding to take a position where she could help patients experiencing dizziness and balance impairments. Lara is very excited to have the opportunity to work with Fyzical - Shady Grove at the Siegel, Bosworth, and Sorensen ENT center, where she can help each patient reach their goals and improve their quality of life.

Lauralyn Heon

Lauralyn Heon received her Bachelors degree in Psychology with Honors at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. She then decided to move home to Maryland and pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at George Washington University in Washington, DC. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work at her university's pro bono clinic where she provided PT services for uninsured individuals. During her clinical coursework, she worked with a variety of patients with neurologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Mayo Clinic, MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital and Fyzical Balance Centers. Her special interest in, patients with neurologic conditions led her to pursue a career in neurological rehabilitation where she can tailor her treatment style to meet the functional goals of every patient. Lauralyn has a passion for treating patients with vestibular and balance dysfunction and is excited to begin her career at Fyzical- Shady Grove at CADENT/Siegel, Bosworth and Sorensen Division where she was once a student.

Marci Smith

Marci Smith is an attentive, detail-oriented Audiologist treating patients in Rockville, Maryland. She has more than 25 years of experience and strives to ensure that each of her patients is satisfied with their hearing solutions. Her approach is to customize her treatment to suit the unique needs of each patient. Originally from Delaware, Marci Smith attended the University of Maryland for her undergraduate degree. She pursued her audiology education at George Washington University. Patients visiting Marci Smith can receive a full range of audiology services. She provides hearing evaluations, tinnitus assessments, aural rehabilitation, and fittings for hearing aids. Treatment is available for issues including family history of hearing loss, hearing problems, and problems with hearing aids.

Olivia Berry

Olivia Berry received her bachelor's degree in Biology with Honors at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL She then decided to pursue her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. During her studies, Olivia completed clinical training at the National Intrepid Center of Excellence, a program for those with traumatic brain injuries that is part of Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. It was this experience that ignited Olivia's passion for treating those with dizziness. She graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019 and chose to further her education by completing the University of Central Florida and Orlando Health Neurologic Physical Therapy Residency program. She earned her Neurologic Specialist Certification in 2021. Olivia remained at Orlando Health for several years, working at the downtown Orlando outpatient neurologic physical therapy clinic. In her clinical practice, she has primarily worked with individuals with concussions, vestibular dysfunction, and movement disorders. Olivia is excited to further her career and specialization at Fyzical-Shady Grove at CADENT/Siegel, Bosworth and Sorensen Division.
