She is a Chartered HR professional who has also held roles in general management, business strategy and planning and performance improvement.

She holds an MBA and an MA (Hons.) and is a fully qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute of Directors.
Pat is also a Master Practitioner of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), which influences her coaching style as well as informing her general approach to systems thinking and change.
