Purleigh Community Shop Limited ("PCSL") is a community benefit society registered with the Financial Conduct Authority under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, with registration number 8064. We have received invaluable support from the Plunkett Foundation, which has helped establish over 300 community shops, as well as other community businesses, around the UK, and we have used their Model Rules as the basis for PCSL's Rules.
