Mairi has worked mainly within informed sales in the medical devices and pharmaceutical markets. She joined Mackenzie England as an executive search consultant in 2017 to adapt her excellent skills in communication, networking and organisation to working with clients in the construction industry. She is married to Neil with three children. Mairi studied in Glasgow and the Czech Republic and has a Master of Science degree in Parasitology.

Martin has worked within executive search since 2000 and established his own business in 2006. Prior to 2000, Martin worked in the construction and engineering industry with companies James Scott/Amec, JB Mackenzie and D&W Nimmo. Academically, Martin has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and an MSc in Quality Systems Management. He is married to Erica and has three daughters.

Pia has spent her whole career in executive search. A Swedish national, she has lived and worked in the UK since 1999, with a background in research. Pia initially joined Armstrong International, a well reputed executive search firm in London, focussing solely on Investment Banking and then moved on to develop a speciality in property and construction sectors. She is married to David with three children. Pia has a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Business Management.
