Claire has over 18 years' recruitment experience, working as a trusted advisor and partner to agencies and brands across the Midlands. Partnering with start-ups through to global brands, independent agencies through to global networked consultancies, her knowledge of the marketing, digital and communications sector is extensive... and she has placed hundreds of candidates over the years from Assistant through to Board level! Claire launched next level alongside Laura Mercer, with the ambition of creating an agency that would not only be a trusted partner but one that supports, promotes and develops the industry she loves. An agency that takes the sector to the next level. Outside of work, Claire has 2 young children and 2 crazy dogs, who keep her busy at the weekends with rugby matches, bike rides and long country walks!

Hannah has over 25 years marketing experience spanning both Agency and Client-Side roles. During this time, she worked her way up from an Account Executive to Head of Client Services, with some Strategic Planning and Business Development in between. This has provided invaluable insight into agency workings and the challenges they face, as well as instinctively being able to spot candidates who not only have the right skills for the role, but the all-important resilience to survive the agency world. When Hannah isn't at work, she is usually ferrying her twins around, but tries to squeeze in a visit to an art gallery or dinner out with a friend.

Laura has over 14 years' recruitment experience and has built long standing relationships with both agencies and in-house companies across the Midlands. Her knowledge of the creative and marketing industry and network is vast, and she has helped many candidates over the years, from junior through to senior exec level. Laura launched next level alongside Claire Summerfield with one fundamental purpose; to take the industry they love to recruit in, to the next level. Through curiosity, honesty and collaboration with both their clients and candidates across recruitment, networking and partnership opportunities, graduate schemes and initiatives and much more. What motivates and drives Laura, are her 2 young daughters and Husband. She loves nothing more than spending quality time with them at weekends. Even if it means going on a bear hunt or to find the Gruffalo in the woods!

Having graduated from Newcastle University with a 1st degree in Marketing and Management, Sarah is our PR and Social Recruitment Specialist. Partnering with some of the best PR and social agencies in the Regions, really excites Sarah and she loves nothing more than building trusting relationships with her candidates. Helping candidates from PR or social executive level right up to Senior PR Director find their next dream role, the LinkedIn and Google reviews speak for themselves! Outside of work Sarah paints commissions for private clients. She always has her camera at the ready and loves to spend quality time in the great outdoors or travelling, with her friends and family. You might find her cliff jumping in Wales, surfing in the North Sea or climbing a mountain in Bali.
