Jacob Peter currently heads the Business unit responsible for areas of IT & ITES, Engineering Tools and Mechanical engineering at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited, the largest engineering and IT services entity for Bosch outside of Germany.
He has been with Bosch for the past 19 years. He started his career with Bosch as a Software engineer in their telecom division. He went on to lead an engineering team responsible for product development of Car multimedia devices. In his last assignment, he headed the Global sales team of BGSW and was instrumental in accelerating the growth of non-captive businesses of BGSW.
Prior to joining Bosch, he worked for 6 years at a Defence electronics company in the area of Radars and Microwave Links.
He is interested in topics of Automation, Artificial Intelligence and IOT and the impact it would have on Software engineering.
Jacob is an Electronics Engineer from Mangalore University and he has completed his management program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. His hobbies are Trekking, Cycling and Photography.

Mr. R.K. Shenoy is the Senior Vice President, Embedded Solutions and Product Engineering for Mobility, Consumer Goods, Industrial, Energy & Building Technologies.
He has been associated with the Bosch Group since 1986 and carries about 6 years of international experience in Germany including the role of customer liaison and leading ECU development for European customers.
Initially, he was responsible for Industrial automation in Robert Bosch India (erstwhile MICO). Later, he moved on to Embedded Software development for Engine management systems and then to Car Multimedia and Automotive Safety systems. He was also instrumental in setting-up hardware development and product engineering with special focus on frugal engineering & emerging market platforms.
Prior to the current role, he was responsible for the Global centre for Powertrain Electronics and for setting-up teams for Aerospace, Off Highway, Railways and Smart City businesses.
Born in 1964, Mr. Shenoy holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication from National Institute of Technology, Suratkal (1986). He is married and blessed with two kids. He is interested in listening to music, driving, gardening and hobby electronics.
