Alcor Group was established by Chris Fisher, an experienced insurance executive with 30 years of experience in the Bermuda, London and US property insurance markets. Chris held various senior underwriting roles at ACE over the course of 11 years before becoming CUO of insurance for Ariel Re in Bermuda where he spent almost 10 years. His most recent role was CEO of Neon Underwriting Bermuda Limited and Head of Property Insurance for Neon. Chris holds his ACII designation and is a past president of the Bermuda Insurance Institute.
Daniel joined Alcor from CNA Hardy having previously worked at two other Lloyd's syndicates. Daniel has D&F experience underwriting both large multinational and SME business on a primary and excess of loss basis. He has a strong understanding of the London market for both US and International business.
Eloise began her insurance career at Starstone. Eloise has been an Underwriting Assistant at Alcor since 2020.
Prior to joining Alcor, Eloise worked at RSA. Eloise entered the industry in 2009 and has worked within the US and International D&F Property teams writing books of both primary and excess business.
Ian has over 16 years' experience across both the London and Singapore direct and facultative markets. He began his career with Aspen Re before joining Tokio Marine Kiln in 2011, where he wrote a broad book of business from Lloyd's, mostly from a lead underwriter position.
Lauren has over eight years of Bermudian insurance industry experience having worked for both AIG and Allianz before joining Alcor in 2024.

Sean is a property underwriter with over 15 years of experience in the Bermuda and US property insurance markets. He began his career in Bermuda writing excess property for ACE Bermuda, and moved to New York in 2013 where he worked as branch manager for ACE Westchester writing primary and excess E&S business. Most recently he worked for Mistui Sumitomo in their New York office writing high excess property for both wholesale and retail producers.
Tom joined Alcor from Munich Re where he worked as a Senior Underwriter, having previously worked at The Channel Syndicate in Lloyd's. Tom has experience writing Primary and Excess of Loss accounts predominantly on a lead basis. He holds ACII qualification and also a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Reinsurance Management from the Zurich University of Applied Science.
