Huw Morgan

Huw Morgan had a 25 year career with HSBC, working in the UK and abroad with a final role as Head of Business Banking UK. In recent years he has developed a portfolio of NEDs, including Senior Independent director for Finance Wales, Chair of Risk in ICICI bank UK Plc, Chair of ActiveQuote and NED at Comtec.

A co-founder of GB+I, Mike recognise the importance of sound financial understanding and analysis. He is highly skilled in financial modelling, cost analysis, and planning. He has substantial experience in both standard and bespoke contract structures, including FIDIC, NEC and JCT suites.

NICK CARTER

With 35 years' experience in the healthcare sector both in the UK and abroad, Nick understands the importance of good operational and financial planning supported by good design and construction developments. Nick has spent over 12 years working as a commercial advisor to a major international healthcare vendor, and has recently helped develop major cancer hospitals in Vietnam and India.

PAUL WONG

As co-founder of GB+I, Paul's motivation is to make business happen. He recognises that aspirations must meet with funding requirements and parameters. Paul's experience is across all types of construction developments, including health, education, commercial, hospitality and leisure. Paul sits on the Industry Advisory Board at Cardiff University.

RICHARD KINGSTON

Richard has worked for consultancies and real estate developers across the globe. He has returned to the UK from ten years in the Middle East working as Managing Director for the Sweet Group.
