Babar is responsible for leveraging technology and driving innovation to support Konexo's strategic growth objectives. He leads our technology consulting offering, which assists clients in achieving their digital transformation goals. He has extensive experience in software, product development, technology strategy, and innovation in large global organisations in both the legal and financial services sectors. He also frequently attends industry events focused on the evolving legal technology landscape and emerging market trends.

Brett is the Head of Legal Managed Services at Konexo.
He specialises in deconstructing difficult regulatory change projects in the legal space and designing and implementing appropriate project management and processes to best suit our clients. Outside of service design, Brett is an experienced management consultant, with practice areas in Financial Services regulatory response, particularly the three lines of defence and control frameworks/operating models.
Carmen is Head of Konexo in the United States. She is responsible for the development and delivery of Konexo's strategy and services in the US and works closely with colleagues on Konexo's global offerings.
Prior to leading Konexo US, Carmen was Counsel in Eversheds Sutherland's Securities Enforcement and Litigation practices and has significant experience managing large, multi-disciplinary, cross-border investigations and representing financial services clients in investigations, regulatory, and enforcement matters involving US regulators. In addition to her legal background, Carmen has extensive business management experience, having spent considerable time on employment and labor issues, sales and marketing, finance, and general management in the hospitality industry.

Carol is Head of Legal Services - US at Konexo.
Carol has over 25 years of corporate, securities and contracting experience in both the public and private sectors. Based in Washington D.C., she has previously worked in the real estate and financial services sectors as well as two leading national law firms based in New York and Michigan. Carol is responsible for overseeing the US managed services delivery and resourcing as well as supervising document and due diligence reviews; regulatory research projects; financial services investigations and data breach response.
David is a partner in Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and Head of Operations in Konexo.
David is a partner in Eversheds Sutherland and part of the Konexo leadership team, where he has a particular focus on the interim resourcing and Asia businesses. He was previously Head of Banking at Eversheds Sutherland. He has operated across many sectors but has particular knowledge of the Financial Institutions sector.
David is Regulatory Director in the Financial Services Advisory team.
He has over 20 years industry experience and specialises in Conduct of Business, ensuring that firms' advice, products, and services provided to their customers are appropriate and compliant. David is a qualified Financial Adviser, and holds additional specific qualifications relating to investment management, mortgages, equity release, long term care, and defined (DB) benefit pension transfers. He has extensive experience of delivering remediation activities including numerous large scale reviews and redress programmes. Most recently David successfully delivered a large DB s.166 remediation project, resulting in £100m of customer redress. He was responsible for complete end-to-end design and delivery including suitability and redress frameworks. Prior to this, David delivered remedial activities relating to high net worth portfolio management, unregulated and non-mainstream investment, pension switching, and mortgages.
David is a partner of Eversheds Sutherland and Head of Konexo. He is a member of Eversheds Sutherland's International Leadership Team.
After starting his career as a litigation and investigations lawyer at Eversheds Sutherland, David moved to Nationwide Building Society as an in-house lawyer. On returning to professional services in 2012, he led the firm's retail financial services sector and developed the financial services compliance and consulting team. He now spends his time with GCs and in-house legal teams helping them optimise the way they work.
Debi is HR Consulting Manager at Konexo and responsible for managing the co-ordination and delivery of HR consulting offering.
Debi has more than 26 years of professional HR experience and works with our HR consultants and employment team to deliver excellence for our clients. Konexo's HR consulting offers a broad portfolio of services including strategic transformation change, employee relations, mediation, coaching, training and short term interim support providing highly experienced, impartial HR consultants to our clients when they need them most.
Francesca is a Partner of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and part of the senior leadership team of Konexo.
Francesca joined Konexo in April 2022 after several years in-house as former Barclays Managing Director, and Head of Regulatory Relations for the Americas region. She brings two decades of Magic Circle legal and global financial services experience including extensive board, executive committee, litigation, investigations and regulatory relations experience across retail, business, corporate and investment banking in both the UK and US. She is also skilled in leadership, change and project management in fast-moving and commercial environments.
Gemma is a Partner of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and the senior legal adviser in Konexo's Real Estate offering.
With more than 27 years of residential property experience, Gemma specialises in residential property matters including equity release, second charges, portfolio sales and acquisitions, re-mortgaging, sales and purchases and solar lease of airspace. Gemma's role includes responsibility for risk, supervision, quality, and legal training.
Graham is a partner of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and in the leadership team in Konexo.
Previously, he managed Eversheds Sutherland's Volume Legal Services Centre of Excellence for more than six years, leading 455 people across six offices. With a legal background in litigation, Graham has a wealth of experience, notably advising clients within the Finance Services sector. Graham launched ES / Consulting in 2011 and oversaw its rebranding and expansion to Konexo in 2019. He has delivered consulting projects and managed service solutions globally for some of the world's biggest companies.
Gregor is the Director of the Financial Services Regulatory Compliance practice.
He has extensive experience in advising Financial Services clients in relation to all aspects of financial crime, but with a particular focus on anti-money laundering. He has particular expertise in the operationalisation of anti-financial crime programmes, including client onboarding operating models, systems and controls, governance, as well as culture and conduct areas. Gregor brings 20 years' experience in the Financial Services industry, latterly, as Global Head of AML/KYC for the Asset Management division of a leading global financial institution. He has been a Senior Business leader and Programme Manager at a market leading financial services firm in client facing, operational and regulatory roles. Gregor has worked in the UK, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and Germany. Gregor chairs FinCAM, a forum of Money Laundering Reporting Officers and senior AML/CTF professionals of the Asset Management Industry.

Ian is Head of Financial Services at Konexo. His practice deals with the operational delivery of regulatory compliance projects from small niche-focused technical reviews to large-scale retail remediation programs across a variety of conduct risk sectors.

Janet is Operations Director in Konexo's Real Estate team which provides volume conveyancing and project expertise, working with many of the UK's major Financial Institutions.
Janet has over fifteen years' experience working in this area including responsibility for managing the remortgaging, equity release, second charge, solar leases and central legal teams. She also has extensive expertise in setting up, implementing and managing volume conveyancing processes, both on and offshore. A key part of Janet's role is providing support to the business in managing high-volume projects, having a proven capability in identifying, developing and implementing innovative and cost effective solutions on legal projects and outsourcing operations. Prior to joining Konexo, Janet completed an honours degree in Business Studies, before working several years in the Financial Services market and Utilities arena, where she was responsible for new business teams, corporate client relationships and credit control.

Joan is the Head of Konexo in Asia. She is responsible for the development and delivery of Konexo's strategy and services in the region.
Joan is the Head of Konexo Asia and is focused on the expansion and delivery of alternative legal services, including flexible staffing and legal managed services in the region. She helps in-house legal teams to identify their challenges and find ways to achieve their strategic goals. Joan joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2015 to head up the flexible staffing business in Singapore and works with both financial services and corporate clients to help them identify the best interim talent. She was also called as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore and practiced funds and corporate law in a well-regarded law firm.

Kate is Head of the Branding Group at Konexo. She is a dual qualified solicitor and trade mark attorney and has over 24 years' experience working in the IP field. Kate's background as an IP solicitor complements her trade mark practice such that she provides advice to clients throughout all stages of a brand's life-cycle.
Kate advises a large number of household names and is responsible for the management of clients' global trade mark portfolios. She regularly advises in relation to trade mark selection, international trade mark and design clearance programmes, filing strategies and the prosecution of trade mark and design applications around the world. With her substantial IP experience, she also provides a broad understanding of branding issues and advises on strategic issues regarding brand protection and brand enforcement. Kate has also built up a substantial reputation for dealing with online brand enforcement issues and regularly advise clients in connection with domain name registration and recovery strategies. Kate is ranked in the World Trademark Lawyers Review and is a member of the International Trade Mark Association.

Lisa is Head of Legal Resourcing - US at Konexo.
Lisa is is responsible for overseeing the recruiting of all contract attorneys and paralegals supporting client projects and secondments for Konexo US and works closely with Carmen Brun, Head of Konexo US, and Carol Rodriguez, Head of Legal Services - US. Lisa has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry. She worked as a senior managing and staffing consultant overseeing a variety of recruiting and staffing projects as well as worked in the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, through USIS/LABAT, as a project manager supervising on-site teams of professionals providing litigation support services for criminal antitrust matters resulting from joint agency investigations. Lisa worked as a litigation attorney for a reputable law firm and later as a contract attorney for several law firms, on a range of matters, including products liability and securities fraud.
Oliver is Lead Counsel in our Managed Services team.
Oliver has experience of advising public and private sector clients on supply chain management and strategic commercial projects, including large-scale global business process outsourcings. He leads our managed services offering, managing client relationships and overseeing the service. He acts as lead lawyer, providing clients with strategic advice and helping them with the development of their legal processes.
Richard is Head of Legal Resourcing at Konexo, leading the offering and teams across the UK and Asia.
Overseeing the international team, he works with clients across all sectors to ensure they get the very best resource to assist on projects, outsourcing and interim cover. He has extensive leadership, regulatory and operational experience and works with clients on their resourcing strategies across jurisdictions. Prior to his current role, Richard worked on technical projects such as legal analytics and contract management and was previously Head of IT Application Development and Support for Eversheds Sutherland. He has spoken at legal IT events across Europe and the USA, with a focus on workflow improvement and resource management.

Simon is a Managing Director - UK in the Financial Services team at Konexo. Over the past 28 years he has advised financial services firms on regulatory matters, specializing in culture, governance, systems and controls and conduct areas.
Simon has significant experience of assisting firms with compliance and regulatory projects such as the Senior Managers and Certification regime, Skilled Person, past business and remediation reviews. He is also experienced in providing pragmatic training on regulatory matters to boards and senior management. Simon is part of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Prudential Regulation Authority's Skilled Person Panel for governance, and has been an expert adviser to the FCA in relation to governance and conduct enforcement matters. He and the rest of the Financial Services team partner with Eversheds Sutherland lawyers to deliver robust, practical and achievable solutions for clients.
Sophie works within the our Financial Services team. She leads the development and delivery of our client learning proposition.
