Pre ScaleWise, I spent 10+ years in TV working up from a runner to a senior producer, followed by six years organising and creating workshop events for the likes of the London Chapter of Pavilion.
Before ScaleWise, I spent 10+ years in global recruitment working for SMEs, tech start-ups, scale-ups and major public enterprises, helping ambitious companies source, contract and onboard suitable talent.
Before ScaleWise I spent 17 years in B2B tech, scaling GTM teams (Market Finance, QAS, Experian). As a qualified professional coach, I ran my own coaching & fractional business working with several Seed to Series B tech startups, and I was a founding member of the UK Chapter of Pavilion.

Before ScaleWise, I spent 15+ years in L&D focusing on leadership development at large organisations (Clarks, Orange/EE) and advising smaller SaaS scale-ups. I also supported the growth of the London Chapter of Pavilion, developing the community, membership offering and events programme.
During my career, I've worked across the tech sector in FTSE-listed businesses, start-ups and scale-ups, including Enterprise Sales Manager (Experian), Global Sales Director (NCC Group) and interim CRO (Arctic Shores, Revive Management, Learnerbly). I provide advisory support at ScaleWise as well as coaching and Interim & Fractional support to ScaleWise clients.
I've spent almost 20 years in tech marketing roles at Regional Manager (Snapfish), VP (GoCardless) and CMO (MyTutor) levels. Alongside my role at ScaleWise, I am also the Managing Director at MyTutor and a London Co-Chapter Host of Pavilion.
Before co-founding ScaleWise in 2020, I spent 20 years in B2B tech sales, a decade of which was in senior leadership roles within VC-backed SaaS scale-ups (Trussle, Goodlord & Brightpearl). I also founded and still lead the UK chapter of Pavilion, which is now the largest community of GTM leaders with over 10,000 members globally.
