I am excited to be part of the leadership team at Schools Plus, where I can utilise my skills in recruitment and education which is a huge part of my working life having spent over a decade at an established Post-16 College.

I'm a fully qualified Computer Science Teacher having worked in secondary schools, mostly in challenging deprived areas around London, for over 10 years. I have held various positions ranging from Lead Subject Practitioner to Head of Department and Head of Year before deciding to work abroad in the Middle East and Kazakhstan. Since joining Schools Plus, I have been supporting on Schools in London and the surrounding areas, as well as assisting other members of the team with International requirements.
With these vast experiences, I am uniquely skilled at head-hunting and recruiting the best candidate for our clients by understanding the school's needs matching to school's missions & ethos. I have a friendly approach to both clients and candidates and thrives on building trustworthy relationships with all.

I am a a fully qualified secondary science teacher with a specialism in physics. I have over 4 years experience in the classroom and I now headhunt staff for schools and ensure that they are well prepared for their new roles. I am passionate about teaching and fully committed to children's education. We work very closely with schools to find out exactly what they are looking for. I believe the right teacher belongs in the right school. We are always looking to personalise each candidates experience and find the best school that fits their portfolio.
