In March 2022, we became part of Camira Group - a global fabric manufacturer with a far- reaching and longstanding commitment to environmental stewardship. Following this exciting new development, we are installing a wool and luxury fibre recycling line at the Camira Yarns site in Huddersfield. The only machine of its kind in the UK today, this groundbreaking development has been made possible by funding from the WRAP charity, and collaborative support from BFTT... At iinouiio, we're not just making and selling stuff- even though we're passionate about making, creating and designing. For us, this is how we fund our work with education, history and the arts about textile recycling in West Yorkshire... iinouiio specialise in taking post-consumer and manufactures waste and convert it into a range of fibres, yarns and fabrics. Our aim is to demonstrate and promote responsible textile materials and methods with the aim to breathe new life into discarded textiles.
