Centric Advisors is a consumer and retail focused corporate finance boutique, specialising in mid-market companies and family-owned businesses in the UK. It was set up in 2016 by Arnold Holle in response to the increasing commoditisation and run-of-the-mill advice provided by integrated banks and larger corporate finance houses. We felt that most of the existing corporate finance advisors could not deliver the best service from a client's point of view, due to the need to cross-sell financing products and their lack of flexibility. At Centric Advisors, we pride ourselves on independent advice, provided by small teams in a close dialogue with the client.
