What's in a name? Well, we're called What's the Message? for a reason. We believe that behaviours of concern are a way for a person to communicate their unmet need. Our aim is to help you find out what the behaviour is telling us...In short, What's the Message?... Once we establish the message, then this is where we differ from most training companies. We focus on teaching person-centred positive behaviour support based on prevention strategies and not just de-escalation.
