Amy has over 10 years of experience in the corporate space working in London across various industries including luxury fashion, fine wine and media. After a short career break to accompany her husband on overseas military postings, where she worked on completing her accredited executive coaching qualification and have a family, she has now returned with a whole new set of valuable skills.
Amy lives in Wiltshire with her husband, 2 sons and her black Labrador. She is a keen pianist and loves to arrange wine tasting events.

Charlotte Kershaw is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is listed on the RICS Dispute Resolution Panel for the rural sector (Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995).
As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Arbitrator and valuer, Charlotte spent nineteen years with a National firm undertaking a mix of consultancy work, estate management and valuation alongside her role as Partner in Charge of a multi-disciplined office.
Her experience led to much more diverse mix of professional work, including pre-purchase consultancy and management of significant off-estate commercial investments for landowners leveraging agricultural land to diversify income streams.
Charlotte has managed a range of more traditional farms and rural estates where her strength is restructuring and establishing excellent working relationships between the parties in a profitable and tax efficient manner; involvement and expertise includes both the legal and agricultural aspects and advise on different systems across her client's property.
Karen joined the Air Force aged 18 and worked in the personal staff team of the Senior Air Staff Officer. Deciding on a career change she has been working with Charlotte for over 15 years and joined Saker in June 2022. She relishes a challenge and loves juggling the different tasks thrown at her.
Karen lives in East Sussex and is married with one son, one daughter and a granddaughter. Her favourite pastimes are walking and travelling.
