Andy is an experienced business manager within both automotive and transport industries. He is dedicated to providing excellent service and innovative solutions to City Motor Service's customers that will enable them to positively change their lives through improving mobility.
David is new to the adaptation industry. He has worked as a Technician in the motor industry and worked at a vehicle manufacturer for several years. David has hit the ground running and is already up to speed with many adaptations.
Dave is an integral part of the team making sure we are able to offer the most appropriate fitting venue, whatever the weather and at a time and place that is convenient to our customers.
Derek Joins CEA with a wealth of experience having worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years, and having spent the last 8 years as a Motability specialist for BMW.
Don has worked as a branch manager in the motor industry for several years. Prior to that he worked as a fitter and in a body shop. He has a great understanding of the Motability process having benefited from the use of car from the Motability Scheme for over 13 years. Don prides himself on getting the right products to the right person and ensuring every customer is 100% satisfied with all products installed.
Elliott joined as a trainee but it wasn't long before his hard work and quality of finish led to him joining the installation team. You will often see Elliott visiting customers and car dealerships in our fully fitted mobile workshop.
Starting in the Industry in 1991, his 28 years of expertise in the adaption industry motivates all staff to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard. Both hard working and dedicated Eric makes sure the customers needs are met every time.
Filomena Lobozzo, Branch Coordinator × Starting with us in April 2017, with over 25 years of Business Administration experience, has provided her with knowledge of running an organised office. She is passionate in customer care and works tirelessly to achieve good practice in this area both in person and on the telephone. Close
Katie has a wealth of experience having worked in the adaptation industry for 13 years. She is very passionate about what she does and prides herself in providing the best possible customer service, Katie always puts the customer 1st . She is always on hand to answer any questions and has a limitless technical knowledge in regards to adaptations. Katie has an elephant's memory as she never forgets, which is a fantastic trait to have when co ordinating the fitters, dealers and customers.

Ex Motor Technician Luke joins us with a wealth of experience and carries out most of our mobile installs.
Mike has been with us for 15 years! His knowledge and experience is invaluable to the team and is the go to for technical enquiries.
We'd like to welcome Nadine to the team. Nadine has started a career in administration and is very keen to learn. She is on hand to help Katie with all the background administration needed to keep the office running smoothly and is proving a quick learner and excel guru.
Paul started his career within the Airforce and qualified as an Aircraft Engineer, serving 22 years in the force Paul joined us in July 2003 and overall has 16 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge within the adaptations industry.
Richard has been fitting adaptations for 8 years and is one of our mobile technicians. He has a wealth of experience fitting adaptations. Richard has excellent attention to detail ensuring that all his work is of the highest standard.
Russell has a wealth of experience and carries out many of our installs.

Ryan joined the business as an apprentice and after successfully completing his apprenticeship has become an integral member of the installation team.
Simon has worked in the adaptation industry since he left school 16 years ago. Simon has a meticulous nature ensuring all his work is of the highest standards, as workshop manager he has instilled this in to all his engineers. Simon is the go to guy for any technical queries.
Stewart heads up our operations in Scotland, He brings a wealth of Management and Consultancy experience with him to AIC and is very passionate about customer service. Stewart and his team will always go the extra mile to help our customers.
Stuart is our Workshop Manager for Scotland, He looks after all of the installation needs and brings with him a wealth of experience when it comes to installing and designing adaptations. Stuart will go that extra mile to make sure a customer is kept mobile.
Tom Stevens, Adaptations Engineer × Starting in the Industry in 2008 and formerly a qualified BTEC HGV Technician. His 13 years of experience, knowledge and attention to detail ensures we have quality installs every time. Close
