Dan Ali-Khan

Dan is responsible for Khandys' acquisition strategy and oversees the company's deal flow. With his background in Economics, Dan also leads Khandys' research and analysis processes to accurately forecast the viability of any prospective project. His models form the basis for decision-making in the company's acquisitions. Prior to Khandys, Dan lived in Dubai for several years where he advised and assisted high-net-worth individuals obtain financing for real estate assets within the region, as well as managing the relationships and investment portfolios of some of the wealthiest families in the South-Asia. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and being out on nature trails. Education: London School of Economics; University of Manchester

Tariq Ali-Khan

Tariq laid the foundation of the company in 1989 with the purchase of a 2-bed flat in Osterley, Isleworth. Since then, he has propelled the portfolio's growth across Greater London and the Home Counties with his ability to quickly identify and unlock value in all types of residential assets. Prior to his ventures in the property industry, Tariq contributed his talents to the family's niche import-export company, serving a prestigious Middle Eastern royal family. With a background in accounting, an MBA, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Tariq embodies the quintessential "jack of all trades and master of one." In his spare time, Tariq enjoys spending time with his two granddaughters, being heavily involved in community work and going for daily walks at his local National Trust park.
