Julie Shreve

A 20-year Navy veteran serving in the capacity of vice president of operations, Shreve is responsible for executing best practices and managing KPIs. She also facilitates brand mandated upgrades; is responsible for reputation management and guest satisfaction scores across the portfolio; oversees the financial reporting for 3S Hotels Group; and is accountable for monthly and annualized financial statements. Shreve's commitment and desire to provide the ultimate customer service experience is proven by her attention to detail when training. Every property she manages gains a competitive edge through her guidance and skills.

Romel Chatterjee

With over 20 years of corporate experience, Romel's role as COO includes revenue management, contract negotiations, HR, back office and finance. Developing and managing hotels since 2004, he joined 3S Hotels Group in 2013 and has since steadily expanded the portfolio. Romel serves on the board of the Oklahoma Hotel Lodging Association, working with hotel business leaders on key legislative and ordinance issues on a local and state level.

Sangita (Sunny) Patel Chatterjee

Known in the industry as Sunny Patel, our CEO comes from a family of hoteliers and has 25 years of hospitality management experience. She has been the guiding force behind the organic growth and success of both the portfolio and management team. Her tireless commitment to operational excellence leads and inspires our core team to consistently set and meet significant goals.

Wanda McClaren

Job Titles:
  • Finance and Back Office Manager
Wanda McClaren is the finance and back office manager for the 3S Hotels Group. Prior to joining the company in 2015, McClaren spent more than 20 years teaching children in a well-known child care center. She received an associate degree in accounting from Tulsa Community College and then returned to Tulsa Community College several years later to attain another associate degree in early childhood development to further her understanding of children. She loves spending time with her six grandchildren. When she isn't involved in watching their soccer games, she loves to work in her flower gardens and travel.
