Alan Rosner

Alan Rosner spent five and half years as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit, three years as a Felony Division Chief, and was Director of all prosecutions for Florida 4th Judicial Circuit in Clay County. Alan Rosner began practicing criminal law in 1987 in areas of DUI defense, felony drug cases, gun crimes and juvenile delinquency matters. In his criminal defense practice, which spans over twenty-five years, he has successfully litigated appeals and post-conviction relief matters. He has served as an expert commentator on television and radio shows and has in excess of 100 jury trials. Biography Chase Harris was born and raised in Jacksonville Florida. Chase attended the University of Florida where he graduated with a degree in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish. Jerry Pryor

Biography Jerry Pryor attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with a degree in Journalism. He then moved to Boston, MA and attended law school at New England School of Law. In 2010, he was awarded a scholarship by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law's program in Space & Telecommunications as a member of the program's third class. Mr. Pryor completed his Master's Thesis on aspects of the international regulation of the Internet. Upon earning his LL.M. from the University of Nebraska, Jerry accepted a position with the Federal Communications Commission and worked on regulatory issues involving wireless service providers. He also served as a law clerk to a former FCC commissioner. Jerry was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2008 and the Florida Bar in September 2013. He has experience practicing in a number of different areas of the law, but now focuses his practice on representing clients before the Social Security Administration and in the area of Workers' Compensation. Biography Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on December 27, 1963. Peter is married to his wife, Carol (May 1987) and they have two adult sons, Wesley and Seth. Peter Shutters has been practicing law since 1997 and has fourteen years as an insurance defense attorney before joining Harris, Guidi & Rosner. He has jury trial experience in a variety of Florida Counties, including, Duval, Clay, Marion, Orange, Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa. Peter Shutters has represented clients insured with Allstate, State Farm, USAA and Progressive. Rob Culpepper

Biography Rob Culpepper attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and graduated cum laude from the Honors program. Rob was a graduate of the New Media Institute at UGA and studied sustainable development in New Zealand and Australia. Rob was also a member of the baseball team at UGA. After graduation, Rob worked at a technology infrastructure company. Rob then became a high school teacher and coached high school baseball and softball in the Atlanta area. While teaching and coaching, Rob earned a master's degree in educational technology. Rob then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he graduated magna cum laude in the top 2% of his class. Timothy Miller

Biography As a Jacksonville native, Timothy Miller played football and graduated from Bolles. After graduation, he attended the University of Alabama where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree and went on to obtain his Law Degree from Florida Coastal Law School. After graduating from law school, Mr. Miller started his legal career in his hometown of Jacksonville, FL to where he worked as a prosecutor in the 4th Judicial Circuit. Although he was originally assigned to misdemeanor cases in County Court, Mr. Miller was quickly promoted to Circuit Court where he handled many different types of felony crimes. Before leaving the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Miller was assigned to Repeat Offender Court where he handled a multitude of complex cases often dealing with life felonies. After several years and nearly 60 jury trials at the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Miller took his talents to a local firm where he focused his practice in defending the rights of those accused of crimes.
