Alan Rosner spent five and half years as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit, three years as a Felony Division Chief, and was Director of all prosecutions for Florida 4th Judicial Circuit in Clay County.
Alan Rosner began practicing criminal law in 1987 in areas of DUI defense, felony drug cases, gun crimes and juvenile delinquency matters. In his criminal defense practice, which spans over twenty-five years, he has successfully litigated appeals and post-conviction relief matters. He has served as an expert commentator on television and radio shows and has in excess of 100 jury trials. His trials have been televised on Court TV and have received media and public attention over the years. Alan Rosner is an AV rated lawyer, receiving the highest rating by Martindale Hubbell and has been requested to co-counsel many criminal law attorneys in need of his extensive experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system. His expertise was utilized by the defense in a first degree murder trial which involved complex theories of the use of firearms and the proper techniques involved in self-defense by the use of a firearm.

Biography
Chase Harris was born and raised in Jacksonville Florida. Chase attended the University of Florida where he graduated with a degree in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish. He completed his Juris Doctorate at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in August of 2014.
Chase Harris spent 4 years as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit. At the State Attorney's Office, Chase prosecuted a variety of criminal charges ranging from misdemeanor offenses to serious violent felony charges, including homicide and attempted homicide.

Biography
Jerry Pryor attended the University of Georgia where he graduated with a degree in Journalism. He then moved to Boston, MA and attended law school at New England School of Law. In 2010, he was awarded a scholarship by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law's program in Space & Telecommunications as a member of the program's third class. Mr. Pryor completed his Master's Thesis on aspects of the international regulation of the Internet.
Upon earning his LL.M. from the University of Nebraska, Jerry accepted a position with the Federal Communications Commission and worked on regulatory issues involving wireless service providers. He also served as a law clerk to a former FCC commissioner.
Jerry was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2008 and the Florida Bar in September 2013. He has experience practicing in a number of different areas of the law, but now focuses his practice on representing clients before the Social Security Administration and in the area of Workers' Compensation.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid and is a member of Leadership Nassau's class of 2016. When not working, he enjoys watching college football, gardening and fishing.

Biography
Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on December 27, 1963. Peter is married to his wife, Carol (May 1987) and they have two adult sons, Wesley and Seth.
Peter Shutters has been practicing law since 1997 and has fourteen years as an insurance defense attorney before joining Harris, Guidi & Rosner. He has jury trial experience in a variety of Florida Counties, including, Duval, Clay, Marion, Orange, Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa. Peter Shutters has represented clients insured with Allstate, State Farm, USAA and Progressive. This experience, combined with his years as an investigator before law school, provides insight to Harris, Guidi & Rosner to assist and advance the firm's clients in personal injury claims.
Mr. Shutters handled civil litigation cases while in private practice in his home town of Ocala, Florida, from 1999 through 2003. These included contract disputes, child abuse and neglect cases, as well as, personal injury litigation. He has handled a number of appeals, including several oral arguments at the Fifth DCA in Volusia County.
Peter Shutters has been involved and has handled personal injury cases his entire legal career and continues to only practice in this area of the law.

Biography
Rob Culpepper attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and graduated cum laude from the Honors program. Rob was a graduate of the New Media Institute at UGA and studied sustainable development in New Zealand and Australia. Rob was also a member of the baseball team at UGA.
After graduation, Rob worked at a technology infrastructure company. Rob then became a high school teacher and coached high school baseball and softball in the Atlanta area. While teaching and coaching, Rob earned a master's degree in educational technology.
Rob then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he graduated magna cum laude in the top 2% of his class. Rob served as Editor-in-Chief of Law Review and was awarded the Best Overall Advocate in the Trial Practice Program. He also interned for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, the State Attorney's Office, a local personal injury firm, a local federal judge, and a local state civil court judge.
After law school, Rob worked at the State Attorney's Office for the 4 th Judicial Circuit at the downtown Jacksonville office. While there, he gained valuable courtroom experience, arguing countless hearings and trying over 25 trials, including trials for armed robbery, armed burglary, drug trafficking, and murder.
Rob previously worked at a large personal injury law firm, handling hundreds of cases on behalf of people who suffered injuries due to the negligence of others. He has also worked a local boutique firm, handling a wide variety of civil cases on behalf of plaintiffs and other cases on behalf of insurance companies and their insureds. Rob has handled catastrophic injury cases involving wrongful deaths, traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, and other serious injuries. He has also handled cases on behalf of companies and individuals involving contractual disputes and admiralty law.
Rob now handles personal injury, wrongful death, criminal, commercial, and family law cases.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball, attending Chets Creek church, participating in his Bible study groups, and watching baseball and college football.

Born Jacksonville, Florida, admitted 1975 Florida Bar and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; Division Chief, State Attorney's Office Fourth Judicial Circuit, Florida 1977-1979; Certified Florida Supreme Court Civil Mediator 2003. Married to Paola Parra-Harris, Esquire. Children: Vanessa Gross, 32, Blake Harris, 29, Chase Harris, 26, Lucas Harris, 10, and Marcus Harris, 7. All three of Robert's older children are proudly practicing attorneys as are their three spouses. Robert was educated in the local public school system, and graduated from Wolfson High School in 1969. He graduated from the University of Florida 1973, Cum Laude and the University of Florida Law School 1975. Robert returned to Jacksonville and worked for Ed Austin as an Assistant State Attorney for three and a half years. He then practiced general litigation for seven years before founding Harris Guidi Rosner in 1986. Currently, the firm's ten lawyers practice in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, workers' compensation, social security, family, and general litigation. Ronald began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida, Jacksonville, Florida, from 1976-1978. Biography
As a Jacksonville native, Timothy Miller played football and graduated from Bolles. After graduation, he attended the University of Alabama where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree and went on to obtain his Law Degree from Florida Coastal Law School. After graduating from law school, Mr. Miller started his legal career in his hometown of Jacksonville, FL to where he worked as a prosecutor in the 4th Judicial Circuit. Although he was originally assigned to misdemeanor cases in County Court, Mr. Miller was quickly promoted to Circuit Court where he handled many different types of felony crimes. Before leaving the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Miller was assigned to Repeat Offender Court where he handled a multitude of complex cases often dealing with life felonies. After several years and nearly 60 jury trials at the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Miller took his talents to a local firm where he focused his practice in defending the rights of those accused of crimes.
In April of 2020, Timothy Miller joined the Harris Guidi Rosner, P.A. team where he uses his experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system to defend the rights of individuals who have been accused of committing crimes. In addition, Mr. Miller is strongly committed to assisting individuals with their Family Law, Injunctions for Protection, and Civil Litigation matters.
