Based in Surrey Hills, Melbourne, All About the Run Coaching is committed to improving the performance of recreational runners by promoting safe and smart training. Through a balanced approach to running fitness, that incorporates strong body, strong mind and optimum running technique, we aim to inspire and support runners to achieve their running and fitness goals, while minimising the risk of injury. We want runners to be running for the long term... Based in Surrey Hills, we offer 1-1 and small group run coaching, online programs, and personal training to recreational runners of all levels and ages.
