ABM is founded in February 2019 by experts with more than 10 years of experience in the domestic licensing and distribution industry and is working on a broader network through cooperation with international partners around the world including the US, Europe, China, and South East Asia... ABM helps overseas expansion of brands in various fields such as fashion, sports, character, and lifestyle, and provides IP and legal advisory services... Furthermore, it is our aim to develop new business models by expanding its business area to various fields beyond the traditional licensing framework as well as providing services to expand existing brands' businesses such as license business, distribution and trademark acquisition.
