Howard has been the director and owner of multi-disciplinary clinics since 1989 and is the Co-Founder of Allied Physiotherapy Health Group. Howard's focus is in the strategic innovation and expansion of the clinics across the lower mainland. His passions are leadership, team development, expansion of the product mix and visionary growth.
Howard's education includes Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education, Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Science (Medical Honors) in Sports Science.
Jenine has been a significant influence on the patient and employee experience with Allied Physiotherapy Health Group for almost 6 years. Her career at Allied Physiotherapy Health Group has spanned multiple roles including Client Experience Coordinator, Office Manager, and Human Resource Manager.
In her current role as the Director of Operations, Jenine oversees daily business activities including human resources, marketing and operations. She has played a key role in developing protocols and procedures and strengthening corporate culture.
Jenine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley.

Natasha has been a Clinic Owner since 2009 and is the Co-Founder of Allied Physiotherapy Health Group. Starting as a Physiotherapist within our Cloverdale location in 2008, Natasha's role has grown from Physiotherapist to Clinic Director and Owner, and now Chief Operations Officer.
As Operations Officer, Natasha influences and aligns the Management Team at Allied Physiotherapy Health Group to execute their roles successfully. Her role comprises of providing the leadership, management and vision to effectively grow the professionals and organization.
Natasha has completed a Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, Australia.
