As a Chartered Accountant, Craig made the switch from Finance to Recruitment to improve how the market is served with increased quality of service, active consultation and to drive his passion of aligning the right talent with the right opportunity. Having focused on Executive level recruitment across the UK and Melbourne, Craig takes his focus on the senior end of the market. With his love of the Blue & White, Craig follows the Kangaroos.

Erin has achieved great success recruiting for some of the most highly recognised financial institutes across the globe and in making her move from Ireland to Australia, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge within the accounting space. Having a genuine passion for connecting with new people has given Erin a drive to pursue a career within recruitment, specialising within Business Services, Tax and Audit. Outside of work, Erin is an avid reader, she enjoys listening to live music, visiting comedy clubs and travelling.
Liam has been recruiting in Melbourne's Accountancy and Finance market since 2014, having partnered with a broad range of clients both locally and interstate. Liam sees the recruitment process as vitally important to the success of any organisation and values the opportunity of working with some of Melbourne's most outstanding talent. Liam graduated with a double degree from Deakin University and, in his spare time, enjoys supporting his mighty Tigers at the MCG.

Sam recruits CA & CPA qualified accountancy & finance professionals across the Melbourne financial services, real estate and building & construction markets, amongst others, partnering with clients ranging from start-ups to ASX200 listed organisations. He identifies the importance of developing healthy relationships with both candidate and client as the key to achieving outstanding results. Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Business from Monash University.
Sascha joined Atlas Partners in March 2022 and brings over 13 years of experience in accounting and finance. She is responsible for the financial management of the business including smooth on-boarding of all consultants and the payroll process.
Sascha commenced her career in Melbourne at Pitcher Partners working in the business advisory division. She then moved to industry working in investor relations in private equity (in London), then operations and treasury with Acciona Energy Oceania. More recently, Sascha has taken a career break to spend time with her family but kept her skills sharp as treasurer for her children's kindergarten and bookkeeping for not-for-profit charity Prevention United. In her spare time Sascha, enjoys camping and exploring Australia with her family.
