Avinash has a bachelors Degree in Commerce, as has been having close to 22 years of experience is Sales and Design. He has been associated with Zenith, Patni Computers in his earlier Avatar, and joined IAV / AVID as a regional head and currently the Sr. Vice President at AVID. Avinash has been instrumental in the growth of the company and also an active member of the Management committee. He has been accredited with variety of OEM certifications from Extron, Crestron, Atlona, Polycom, Kramer etc. Avinash currently is responsible for Design and Sales of the projects which AVID executing.
Kaushik Mukhopadhyay : Kaushik has a Bachelors Degree in Physics with specialization in Optics and Electronics and holds a Post Graduate Honours Diploma in Systems Management. With over 25 Years of experience in the AV/IT Services industry, Kaushik had started IAV India in 2004 and the company is currently rated amongst the top 5 leading AV Systems Integrators in the Asia Pacific Region. These two organisations have won over 30 awards nationally and internationally for their work in the Industry. Kaushik founded A V Integration Distribution (India) Pvt. Ltd. in 2008. Additionally, Kaushik serves as a volunteer and is a key member of the InfoComm Advisory Council in India. Kaushik holds a CTS Certification from AVIXA (formerly InfoComm International), USA

Keshava hails from the Electronics background and has completed his Diploma in Electronics & Communication. He as not only been an asset to the company but instrumental in being one of the pillars in the organisation. He has over 16+ years of Experience in the industry. Keshava started with us as a Junior Programmer and upgraded his knowledge and skillsets to become the GM - Systems & Projects. He is a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)and also carried multiple certifications from OEMs like BiAMP, Crestron, AMX, Chief, Kramer, Atlona, Extron, Clearone etc.
Mahua has a Bachelors Degree in Science and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management. With over 21 Years of experience in the AV/IT Services industry, Mahua co-founded and is the Director of A V Integration Distribution (India) Pvt, Ltd., an award winning enterprise into AV/IT Services and export projects. Mahua is also the Executive Vice President in IAV India that she joined in 2008. Additionally, she leads the Women in InfoComm initiative in India. In June 2016, AVIXA (formerly InfoComm International) announced Mahua Mukhopadhyay as the AV Woman of the Year and felicitated her with the Award at InfoComm Orlando. She is the only Indian woman in the AV Industry to have received this prestigious award.
Manoj has a Bachelors Degree in Science. He is the General Manager at AVID and has helped tremendously in the growth of the company. He as about 22 years of experience behind him and has been in the IT Sales for multiple companies before he joined AVID about 10 years ago. Manoj has also been certified from different OEMs.

Shantanu has a Bachelor degree with a specialization on Computer Science and as well holds a Post Graduation Honours Diploma in Net-Centrix Computing. With over 20 years of experience in IT Service Industry with exposure of handling ERP system. Shantanu has an InternationalExperince of 11 plus years by heading Support Service across 11countries working effectively with different time zone.
