Jonathan brings 20 years project management and general contracting experience to the team. He is responsible for the on site operations and overseeing the quality and craftsmanship going into of your project.
Jonathan has a Masters Degree in Environmental Science from MUSC and is LEED for Homes certified from the US Green Building Council as well as is licensed with the South Carolina Contractors Licensing Board and has his South Carolina Commercial Contractors license.
Mike has always stayed close to his roots: being Builders First. Whether as Owner/ Architect Representatives, Independent Construction Managers, or Builders, Mike has maintained the philosophy of cooperation and quality performance.
Mike has a strong background in large scale commercial projects such as hospitals and schools, and brings 40 years experience to the team.
