BIRD as NGO is a non-profit making, non-political, democratic, social and charitable organization with broad aims and objectives as below... BIRD's experience with Williamson Magor, ABITA, CAPART, NEDFI, NABARD, National Horticulture Board and govt. department like Agriculture is an intermingling of mind and resources which assures success. BIRD has so far broken frontiers of yield advancement in rice and other crops in farmers field all over Assam. Such achievements are backed by proper training, workshop, seminars timely distribution of inputs to the target groups.
