I have spent the last 20 years working in various roles in Human Resources and understand much about what motivates us to work but have always wanted to understand more about the what makes us tick in our day to day lives. I decided to study this in more depth and embarked on my counselling journey; learning more about myself in the process and how counselling can really change lives... We spend so much of lives saying we are fine, when at times things are not fine and you may find yourself really struggling with things. I appreciate how daunting it can be to talk about your problems, perhaps you just don't know where to start. You might feel you can't talk to your friends or loved ones as you don't want to burden them, or they don't really seem to understand or listen. Sometimes, you may not have anyone to talk through things with. This is where I can help... I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy..
