We are a professional Martial Arts school with Karate classes, Kickboxing classes and Thai classes, based in Norwich, Diss & Harleston. Owned and operated by Grandmaster Richard Vince, 8th Dan, we have turned hundreds of people into Black Belts since our doors opened in April 1980... We're 'professional' because teaching Martial Arts is our profession - we're open 6 days a week and we operate throughout the school holidays.
