Bouwers was established in 2004 by a group of expert trade mark and patent attorneys with, at the time, combined expertise in intellectual property law of more than 70 years. Today, some 18 years later, we have vastly increased our experience, client base and offerings. We are currently members of various South African and international industry organizations, such as the International Trade Mark Association (INTA), Licensing Executives Society (LES), International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI), the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA), Marques as well as the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL)...
