Our goal is to produce the highest quality food and beverage that we can, with focus on sustainably sourced, locally grown/farmed ingredients. Every item on our menu is fresh and scratch made on site and sourced as locally as is possible. We aim to support our community and give back to the people who make Tahoe home... Founded in 1992, The Brewery at Lake Tahoe was South Lake Tahoe's first licensed brewery, and only the 3rd in the state of California! The Brewery was opened and run by the same man for 27 years, and was purchased in 2020 by long-time locals.
