The Canterbury Rugby Union Club was established in 1966 with the core base of the highly successful 1964/65 Colts teams (Junior Club started in 1959) and is a rugby club that sums up the very spirit of the game of rugby... Our mission at Canterbury Rugby is to foster vibrant and inclusive rugby in the community in which we are located, whether it's the next genration of player who wants want to play for thier country or play until they're are 80!
