Lauren Kramer has been managing Carexcell on the Mid North Coast since 2017 and has guided the growth of the community care programs. Lauren received a BArts majoring in Business and History and has spent her career focused on aged care, in particular delivering best practice services to clients. Lauren is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration.
Self-care is a topic you will hear a great deal about from Lauren, who understands that no one can pour from an empty cup and believes staff have to enjoy a work life balance to provide the best care possible when working. When not at work, Lauren is passionate about her animals and vegetable garden. She has also been known to cheer very loudly and proudly for the GWS Giants AFL team.
Paolo has 15 years of comprehensive clinical management experience covering stroke and rehabilitation services and community supports in New Zealand. Paolo is also an experienced aged care residential leader and has held management positions in New Zealand and Australia.
Paolo is passionate about Carexcell, it's growing place in the community and its future.

Sarah is a Registered Nurse with a Master of Advanced Nursing. She has led aged care homes, served as a clinical nurse educator consultant, and taught nursing students. With a passion for the outdoors, she brings diverse experience and a caring touch to Carexcell's Governing Body and is dedicated to enhancing our care and services.
Thomas Kramer has been involved with Carexcell since its establishment in 2008. Thomas is passionate about recognising each person as an individual and believes that a healthy, happy and motivated workforce is the key to delivering exceptional care and services. He is an experienced aged care leader and has held executive positions in internationally recognised Residential Aged Care Providers. He has led the development of innovative and market leading services in New South Wales and Victoria.
