Goal: Between 2019 and 2025, the Catawba Nation will be a major contributor to the tribal, local, and regional economies through initiatives that create quality jobs and expand revenues, thereby benefiting both the Catawba Nation and the broader community... The Catawba Indian Nation exercises its full sovereignty, achieves self-determination, and advances Nation rebuilding by establishing a diverse and vibrant economy grounded in cultural values, based on key assets, and leverages strategic partnerships that foster Native entrepreneurship, encourage innovation, attract capital investment, and create employment opportunities that improves the quality of life and overall well-being of the Catawba people... The Catawba Nation Gaming Commission executive team is made up of five Commissioners, an Executive Director, and Director of Compliance. The executive team is responsible for compliance of Catawba Nation and IGRA laws and regulations that fall upon the Catawba Gaming Commission.
