As the exclusive Sotheby's International Realty affiliate in Metro Atlanta, with offices in Buckhead, Cobb, Intown and North Atlanta, our company builds upon the 275-year foundation and heritage of Sotheby's, the esteemed auction house. In 2009, we expanded our market presence to the North Atlanta area. In 2011 we opened our Intown Office to meet the continued demand for the brand in those neighborhoods and in 2017 we opened the Cobb Office.

For close to 20 years, Bill Rawlings has continually proven to be an industry leader in various roles, including sales associate, career development vice president, chief operating officer, managing broker, senior vice president and executive strategist. Bill directly oversees more than 150 of North Atlanta's finest real estate professionals with 2020 sales volume eclipsing $900M in closed sales in the North Atlanta office. As the No. 1 residential real estate office in North Fulton, this far outpaces the competition in the luxury space representing the affluent consumer in Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Suwanee, Dunwoody, Cumming and Milton. David Boehmig brings 22 years of industry experience, complemented with 10 years of commercial banking expertise, to his role as President and CEO of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. Committed to providing a supportive and encouraging environment for employees, agents and their clients, David utilizes cutting-edge technology, innovative marketing efforts and strategic business savvy to achieve these goals and continues to set records within the Sotheby's International Realty® brand and the Metro Atlanta real estate field year after year.
Named the 2019 Most Admired CEO in Residential Real Estate by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and a recipient of the 2019 Most Distinguished Alumni Award from Georgia State University, David has consistently been an integral part of the success of many industry-related organizations, including serving as the President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) in 2005. The ARA also awarded David REALTOR® of the Year in 2006, and he was a Captain of Industry in 2010. In 2004, he served as the Chair of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Technology Committee, and he is currently active on the Board of Directors for First Multiple Listing Service. In 2021, David was appointed to the Synovus North Georgia Advisory Board.
David's civic involvement includes serving on the boards of two local organizations, currently on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Mission and the Board of Advisors for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University from 2008-2021. A native to Atlanta, David is an active member of the Atlanta Rotary Club, a graduate of Pace Academy and Georgia State University where he received his BBA degree in finance. As the Vice President and Managing Broker of the Buckhead Office of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, Atlanta native Jennifer Pino leads an award-winning team of professionals specializing in the Atlanta market. One of the biggest joys in Jennifer's life, after her husband and their two children, is helping others to succeed. A natural encourager, Jennifer spent her professional career in roles that brought out the best in others and helped others reach their goals. With a background in education, design and residential real estate, Jennifer is dedicated to providing an environment in which each of her agents can thrive with extensive training, one-on-one business coaching as well as innovative marketing and technological resources.
With a desire to serve others, Jennifer relishes the opportunity to assist agents with any challenge. A keen sense of adventure has fueled Jennifer's love of travel, especially to her beloved Spain, where her husband has a large extended family. Jenny Pruitt, a third-generation Atlantan, is revered as a community advocate and philanthropist and respected nationally as a visionary real estate leader. Her strong business acumen has led to more than five distinguished decades of success in the Atlanta residential real estate arena.
Jenny began her real estate career in 1968 before establishing Jenny Pruitt & Associates in 1988. In 2007, she and her business partner, David Boehmig, opened Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. The company's 550 agents are among the most accomplished real estate professionals in Metro Atlanta, with more than $4.7 billion in sales in 2021.
She is the recipient of numerous accolades, including the Atlanta REALTORS® Association's E.A. Isakson Award; the Sally Washburn Lifetime Achievement Award; and REALTOR® of the Year - 1980; the Georgia Small Business Person of the Year; and is an inductee of the Business Hall of Fame at Georgia State University, the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers and the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame. Jenny was the 2016 recipient of the Four Pillar Award from The Council for Quality Growth, which recognizes the pillars to be quality, responsibility, vision and integrity and celebrates her philanthropic endeavors as well as significant contributions to economic development in Metro Atlanta.
Jenny is committed to helping Atlanta maintain its exceptional quality of life through her philanthropic service, humanitarian support and volunteer commitments. She is active with Habitat for Humanity, and serves on the Board of Councilors for the Carter Center and the Board of the Directors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. She is also a Director of the Buckhead Coalition. In October 2015, Jenny released her book, Beneath His Wings, which follows her walk of faith in the marketplace, while offering guidance and inspiration.
Jenny and her husband, Bob, have been married for more than 50 years. They have two daughters, seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Jim Glover, Vice President and Managing Broker for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty's Cobb office, oversees and manages many of the industry's top professionals at the renowned luxury real estate company's fourth Atlanta branch.
Jim brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role, including work on the reverse side as an agent. As a result of his dedication and success, Jim accrued more than $1 billion in sales and held the sought-after position as No.1 transaction agent at his previous company. Over the years, he has earned the many titles, including No.1 Listing Agent Company-Wide and No. 2 Transaction Leader Company-Wide, held many positions in various organizations throughout Metro Atlanta and continues to maintain an extensive network and knowledge of the area, further establishing his success and commitment to growth.
A sixth-generation Cobb County native, three-time author and member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute, Jim currently resides in Cobb County. When he isn't working, Jim enjoys spending time with the loves of his life - his three dogs.

Lisa Johnson, Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty's Intown Office, leads an award-winning team of real estate professionals specializing in Atlanta's Intown market. Located on Peachtree Street in the heart of Atlanta's Midtown community, Intown consistently ranks among the city's top-performing offices.
Lisa began her real estate career in 1997 and became the associate broker of the Coldwell Banker Buckhead Office in 2003, where she served under Philip White, now the CEO of Sotheby's International Realty. Lisa became a managing broker in 2006 and worked at offices in Roswell and Intown before joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty in October 2013. Lisa served as the 2016 Chair of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers Committee and was awarded the Five Star Circle of Service award in 2017. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.
Born and raised in Southern California, Lisa moved to Atlanta in 1992. She married Brett, a Georgia native, in 1996 and they have a daughter. Lisa enjoys anything that has to do with sunshine, warmth and water, especially scuba diving. Lisa also enjoys attending concerts and dining at Atlanta's newest restaurants.

Nancy has come full circle. From serving as the assistant to the Founder and Chairman of Sotheby's International Realty^®^ in New York City in 1976 to leading her own team, she has committed 30 years to passionately representing real estate. Following her adventures in New York, Nancy obtained her real estate license and moved to Atlanta where she spent much of her time gaining invaluable experience in the field. With immense expertise and a knowledgeable background, Nancy eventually went on to become Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty's Buckhead Office.
Not only does she ensure that every agent in her office is offered genuine care and concern, Nancy has served on many committees while rising through the ranks of leadership. Most notably, in 2013, she became the President of the Atlanta REALTORS^®^ Association (ARA), and she still serves on the Board of Directors.
Nancy is very involved in her church and many civic endeavors, including the National Society of Colonial Dames of America and Fix Georgia Pets. Because of her passion for finding a cure for Alzheimer's, she was a "Dancing Star of Atlanta" in 2019 and won the People's Choice Award for raising the most money for the cause.

Scott has a proven track record of identifying market opportunities that increase revenue, profitability and market share. Scott previously served as the vice president of new home sales at his previous brokerage, national vice president of sales operations for a Fortune 500 builder and Charlotte division president for a major regional builder.

An Atlanta resident for more than 35 years, Sherri has watched Metro Atlanta transform into the 9th largest metropolitan city in the country, giving her a unique perspective and expert knowledge in guiding her team. Within her first three years in real estate, she achieved more than $20 million in sales, earning her recognition as a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association's Top Producers. In 2018, she closed the second highest recorded sale in the North Fulton area. Sherri was chosen for the Leadership Council by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association in 2016 and continues to serve on several committees. Sherri designed and launched the STEPS Educational Program - the first company training platform, which has been a huge success for newer agents to develop a strong business foundation and build a successful real estate career. Additionally, Sherri facilitates and leads group business coaching within our office along with one-on-one training with our agents. As a member of the senior leadership team, she oversees productivity and supports continuous growth for the North Atlanta office, which continuously ranks among Metro Atlanta's top-producing offices and the No. 1 residential real estate office in North Fulton.
