Hunter Hudsmith - Managing Director

After college, Hunter moved to Chicago, where he was introduced to Salesforce through a business development role. Hunter was cold-calling and while he didn't necessarily love the work, he was thrilled to call Chicago home. While in that role, Hunter learned of Salesforce consulting when the company hired a team to clean up the lead management and conversion process. Hunter was intrigued by this line of work and started to pivot. As a stepping stone, Hunter worked as a Configuration Analyst at a data & analytics startup that provided insights to marketing executives at Fortune 500 companies using unstructured social media data. After developing more technical expertise, Hunter joined a Salesforce consulting firm called Bluewolf as a Business Analyst. During his years with Bluewolf, Hunter wore many hats including Business Analyst, Consultant, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Engagement Manager. Working in those roles introduced Hunter to a wide variety of projects in many different industries. Getting to work on such a diverse set of challenges is still Hunter's favorite part of this work. Bluewolf was acquired by IBM during Hunter's tenure. IBM taught Hunter how to work with large, complex, and global organizations. Partnering with clients like Delta Dental and Wendy's pushed him to new heights. Hunter joined CloudMasonry in the summer of 2019, and since then has moved to Austin, Texas for some BBQ and warmer weather. As Managing Director, Hunter works closely with our customers, prospects, highly talented team, and partners to define and achieve great outcomes for their businesses. With over 5 years of Salesforce consulting experience, Hunter Hudsmith leads the delivery of Salesforce consulting projects in the Midwest for CloudMasonry.

Josh Aulakh - COO

Josh brings 10+ years of operations and project management experience. He is passionate for streamlining business process, executing business strategy, coaching teams for success, and providing excellent customer experiences. After developing an amazing network at the University of California, Los Angeles, Josh joined Bluewolf, an IBM company, through an executive supported program and helped start the east coast division of the program. He joined Bluewolf with the goal of becoming a consultant, aligning business processes with customer growth initiatives. At Bluewolf, he supported enterprise level projects across various industries. In 2015, he followed his passion for home construction joining Blu Homes, turning an investor backed start-up to a profitable construction company preparing it for strategic national expansion. Now at CloudMasonry he brings his operational fortitude to support the organization's growth and enablement of experienced innovative approaches to the Salesforce consulting space.

Karen Williams

Karen brings 15+ years of both marketing strategy and marketing execution experience to CloudMasonry as lead for our Marketing Automation Practice. She is passionate about enabling our clients to realize the full potential of their marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, powered by Pardot. Most recently, Karen oversaw CRM & Digital Marketing initiatives for Publix Super Markets, a Fortune 100 organization, where she and her team supported the technical execution of customer loyalty programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting web and email channels for over 4.5MM active subscribers. This included the architecture and implementation of customer communication journeys for welcome, acquisition, and ongoing customer engagement. By designing, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns in Marketing Cloud, she and her team were able to foster a high degree of personalization and focus on driving 1:1 customer communications which contributed to long-term loyalty, positive lifetime value, and incremental corporate brand equity.

Katie Mandel

Katie has over 10 years of experience in HR & Operations, building an HR department for a startup and taking it through several stages of growth, global expansion, and acquisition. She brings experience setting up foundations and expanding them globally, addressing complex performance management and employee relations issues, as well as, matters of immigration, benefits, and training. She thrives on helping all levels of the organization navigate through the intricacies of HR policies, systems, benefits, and everyday relationship management. Her expertise lies in building strong HR foundations that are scalable and aligned with the company's culture. She brings insight into growing a company in a way where it maintains its culture and values at its core. Her approach rests on a belief that HR represents a company's brand in the matter they address, assist and advise.

Peter Ryan - CEO, Founder

Studying at the storied Purdue University, Peter gained his BS in Business Management in 2004. Fresh out of college, he began working as an account manager for CDW in Chicago. Tasked with breaking into new accounts through cultivating relationships and a consultative sales approach, it was only a matter of time before a higher position came calling. In 2006 that Peter became the Manager of Sales Operations for, Allscripts. In this role, Peter was responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce.com and its five associated business units. With each having their own, unique sales and reporting processes, it was a job that demanded a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach. It was during this period that Peter headed a team of lead development specialists, providing $30 million in new sales opportunities per year. In 2007, Peter was awarded the Allscripts 2007 ‘Excellence in Marketing' award, as recognition for his stellar performance. After leaving Allscripts, Peter took up the post of Senior Director of North American consultants for Bluewolf in 2010. An IBM company, Peter plunged into his role at Bluewolf, and was responsible for the management and development of all thirty members of the business analyst and consultant arm of the firm. He was also tasked with managing engagement with large and complex enterprise customers, focusing on fostering long-term partnerships. In 2015, Peter moved to London, UK and took over the position as Head of UK Delivery for Bluewolf, taking on responsibility for the success of all IBM/Bluewolf Salesforce projects in the United Kingdom. Responsible for projects small and large, Peter oversaw IBM's largest multiyear enterprise engagements, leading a team of more than 100 talented workers based in London. In 2018, Peter returned to the US and along with his Co-founder Robert Ong, launched the full-service Salesforce consulting firm CloudMasonry. Robert Ong - Founder

Robert brings over 8+ years of experience delivering quantifiable and scalable Salesforce CRM transformations. From designing strategic multi-year implementation roadmaps, tactical short-term proof of concepts, to navigating the intricacies of extensive custom code and integration architecture engagements, Robert understands the long-term organizational facets that a measurable Salesforce strategy should provide well after a successful implementation. With experience working with publicly traded global enterprise organizations to award winning non-profits, Robert brings insight into how various industries and cross functional business lines have leveraged Salesforce to empower their organizational initiatives. Prior to working within the Salesforce ecosystem, Robert oversaw private equity commercial property development and T.I. in San Francisco, CA.
