Lynn Gonzalez

  • Member of the Support Team
  • MCPT Paralegal
Lynn received her BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. For the last 20 years she has worked as a paralegal, primarily in corporate, probate, and trust law. Lynn is also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and received her training at Duke Integrative Medicine. She combines business, legal, and coaching skills to realize her mission of helping families get the support need as they navigate the complex landscape of college financial aid. Lynn is also an avid and on-going student of personal finance. Thanks in part to her own financial aid experience as a college student, she spent the last decade preparing herself and her family for the realities of paying for college for her two children. When her oldest child applied to several colleges in 2019, Lynn gained first-hand knowledge of the CSS profile as part of the financial aid process. As an overwhelmed parent of a prospective college student, she learned a great deal more about the college financial aid world during her trial-by-fire adventure. Lynn enjoys advocating for her clients, researching new aspects of the law, and keeping abreast of the latest trends in college admissions. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband and two sons, playing competitive tennis, choral singing, and being a beginning alto saxophone student.
