CRESCENT RIDGE ACADEMY

In 1967, Crescent Ridge academy was founded as Northern Kentucky Montessori Center, Inc. The school was nestled on several acres in the heart of Ft Mitchell, KY and operated under the direction of the school's founders, Kitty and Dan Salter. In 2004, the school moved to a new location as the Salter's retired and Julia Preziosi took over the role of Executive Director. During Julia's leadership, the school expanded its facilities and offered Montessori programs for children ages 2 - 6th grade. In 2019, the organization acquired a teacher education program to further expand programming to support prospective teachers and the local Montessori community. With the union of these two organizations, Crescent Ridge Academy was born!... Crescent Ridge Academy offers an unparalleled Montessori experience for families and educators alike.
