Anne de Neck has been working as a trainer, coach and consultant in Europe, Latin America and Asia for over 25 years. On her way, she has picked up skills in four languages (English, French, Spanish, and German), extensive international work and life experience, excellent intercultural expertise, a penchant for personal development and strong customer orientation. Her philosophy is that training and coaching can only be successful if they are tailored specifically to each individual, promote joy of learning and encourage long-term personal change.

Didier has started his activities in management consulting and training for 25 years. He works as an adviser to international institutions and businesses around the world. He has an extensive experience in strategy and work organisation and in teaching, training or coaching in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Media, Human Resources Management and Personal Development.
